Underwater fansubs will probably be out in a couple hours or less, though.

I think that some subs might come out within two hours, from what I've seen before. We'll just have to wait and see.

I had the bubble tea and cookies all ready to go, too. And then Aniplex goes and delays the subs again. How are the Underwater subs? Are they typically pretty accurate?
