[sp]Punch Mako in the face and the rest of the 28 minutes is Ryuko giving her a lecture.
I don't really have any idea what they could do for an ova right now honestly[/sp]
Honnouji Onsen trip
And now, the wait for the OVA.
It better either be Post-Plot, or exactly like No late day.
How long is the OVA gonna be? Like is it of normal episode length or what?
Or do we have no idea at this point.
The finally really did just leave me wanting more.

Probably not a sudden existential crisis but the "What now" is strong with in me.

I think I'm OK with the ending. Double length definitely would have been better, but it's good enough for now.
Also, [sp]while the happy-go-lucky ending is odd given the somewhat darker tone of the second arc, as someone pointed out, killing an excessive number of important characters would've been just as strange.[/sp]
I'm going to miss the weekly wait for episodes.
[sp]I'm also going to miss Senketsu, I was kind of expecting him to die but dammit he was one of my favorite characters.[/sp]
[sp]Senketsu's death felt so unnecessary and forced.[/sp]
[sp]At least we got to witness Gamagoori fucking ganmenning it out, Ryuko managed to call Satsuki her sister, and Senketsu is the school uniform that will pierce the mother[/sp]

Thanks.
I must say, I really liked the finale. [sp]Visually it gave me an Evangelion vibe, too.[/sp]

let's just dump everything klk related media this istnant
[sp]Well, that wrapped up just about how I thought it would. Life fibers weakened, Ragyo's dead, and Ryuko and the gang can go on living as normal people. Honestly, I'm not bitter that it was condensed into a single episode. I think that's what the series deserved. It's fast-paced, you need an even faster ending.
It's just such a shame about Senketsu, but I think that sort of represents the summation of the story as a whole. He had to die, if they ever wanted a sense of normalcy. He was the hero they deserved, but not the one they need right now. Although it does leave something to be said, what happens when the life fibers come back?
One little question, what exactly did Mako mean by a date? I'm guessing it's sort of a friends thing, considering she tossed "Gamagoori-senpai" around a lot there, but I suck at interpreting social cues. In Japanese.
Anyway, I'm satisfied. Back to Gurren-Lagann.[/sp]

muy bien
[sp]That animation when Ryuuko was shouting at Ragyo (in the fucking space) was straight up Evangellion ending animation.
I was also fucking grinning at all the TTGL and NGE nods, references are always awesome.[/sp]
[sp]Also Senketsu had to die because he was the most powerful being alongside Ryuuko and thus had to die. Too much power corrupts the soul[/sp]
Also can we have a similarity list?
[sp]Gunman gamagoori
Gamagoori tearing up the shield like EVA-01
Ragyo getting drilled like Lordgenome
Cherry Tang flood from the life-fiber[/sp]
This show was whack and I enjoyed every minute of it.

No, that makes no sense
it might have been because a series ended, it might have been (read: probably was) because i think i missed a day of medication, but i had some wack dreams last night that decided to involve KLK
among other things, one dream finished where it was the end of the finale, and [sp]when ragyo kill la kills herself, this white gem-crystal thing remains and falls into Ryuko's hands. everything continues as normal, except then, when the episode was over, the 'real' ending played and Ryuko was actually a little girl in rural Japan, living with her dad and older sister, deathly sick and having fever dreams. she had loved sewing with her sister and dad, who had given her a pair of shiny red scissors that were broken in two the day she fell into a coma. after the epilogue, she sleepwalks outside into wheat grass and falls down, suddenly waking up and ending the 'show.' the white gem is in her hand, but she leaves it behind when her family finds her and it flashes memories from KLK, then shatters when her dad and sister embrace her[/sp]
tl;dr [sp]my dreams are sad tumblr comics[/sp]
[sp]I genuinely felt bad for Senketsu when he died...[/sp]
