I know someone mentioned the idea that maybe it got lost/destroyed during Nonon's raid on the base, but I feel like that kind of thing would be kept in a secure location.

The kamui had absolutely no characterization at all- All it appeared and could display was a rabid monster with little to no conscious thought (Even Trigger said that he had a very low IQ) The character could have been Satsuki's Senketsu in more ways than clothing but they tossed that idea out of the way in favor of a monster. There's always fanfiction and RPing for her, but really it was the most wasted potential out of all the things in the show.[/sp]

I always figured that Junketsu's lack of characterization was an intentional contrast to Senketsu. I'm not surprised that people would ascribe deep pensive headcanons to it, but hey.

Junketsu acted as a symbol and as a juxtaposition to Senketsu.
