Is this anime on Crunchyroll? Or is there a better subtitled site?
Is this anime on Crunchyroll? Or is there a better subtitled site?
i use kissanime, works well (even though you have to whitelist it on adblock)
i use kissanime, works well (even though you have to whitelist it on adblock)
Are there any sites I can watch it on instead of downloading? I just want to make sure I'm not getting any viruses.

Well I started watching it on Crunchyroll: "If you compare the number of people he's killed versus those he's saved he's killed more!" I think I'm falling in love with this anime.
Boy, I really wish the Japanese Bluray copies had English subs included. Would love to get the second OST, but importing Volume 5 I'd basically be ordering $80 of (mostly) paperweight. [editline]20th May 2014[/editline] Alternatively I wish there was a standalone soundtrack, but I doubt that'll happen. Although it doesn't look like Ambiguous, Sanbika, or Sirius (i.e. the best music in the series) are included anyway, I guess because they're already real songs.
On the topic of the soundtrack, I had to rename most of the songs in the second volume due to the high japanese factor. Ended up giving every single track from both volumes familiar names based on the scenes they can be heard in, or the character associated with it. [editline]20th May 2014[/editline] I'm so sorry Sawano I might have ruined your gimmick for me
I'm sorry for shamefully stealing this from Cheezeburger but....it's so true.
I think that was one of the metaphors people pointed out when the series first was launched
Am I the only one who thinks that the protagonists look at their less sexy when they are wearing the damned Kamui?
Am I the only one who thinks that the protagonists look at their less sexy when they are wearing the damned Kamui?
As a general rule I find the more fanservicey the outfit the less attract a female character looks. It took eight to eleven episodes for the outfits to stop actively impeding my enjoyment of the action.
I think you just become desensitized to it pretty quickly because it's so ridiculous
And they stop presenting them that way too. Like the first few episodes it was a significant focus, dialogue centered on it, background characters leered, etc. Past episode three all I can really remember focusing directly on how revealing the outfits were was Mako being Mako and Ira talking shit.
I noticed after a few episodes they had significantly less shots focused on Ryuuko's tits/ass Especially when nudisto beach came around, I think there was actually more male character fanservice
since i go both ways that was okay by me
One of my favorite things about Kill la Kill was exposition being delivered by a man stripping and yelling 'NUUUDISTO BEEEEEAAACHU'
One of my favorite things about Kill la Kill was exposition being delivered by a man stripping and yelling 'NUUUDISTO BEEEEEAAACHU'
Nudisto Bīchi.
I think that was one of the metaphors people pointed out when the series first was launched
I thought it was rather heavy-handed myself. [editline]21st May 2014[/editline]
I think you just become desensitized to it pretty quickly because it's so ridiculous
KLK was never any sexy to me because it was so ridiculous, kinda crudely drawn a lot of the time, and most importantly these girls are all like 16.
Since we're all talking about it, I might as well say that the moment I realized I didn't mind the sexualization anymore was when Satsuki was escaping from the academy after being chained up. It was a moment where she was completely naked and proved she could still be a badass.

Hello I don't know a single thing about this show but as of like just recently it's now on Netflix so I guess I have no reason not to watch it.
