You can only slur an estuary accent so much (sounds like Matt Smith's been on the gin), but otherwise a pretty spot-on parody.

Also is the actor a professional lookalike? I'm sure I've seen him before.

haha literally the only difference i can see in facial features is matt smith's eyes are a bit different and he's maybe a little older thats uncanny

Looks the same as the airbrushed photoshoped Smith on the Series 6 promotion.

He's been around the internet a few times, there's been a few pictures where people thought he was Matt (frontpage'd on Reddit a couple of times because of that)
