BREECH TRUST!!
I don't even know what the fuck that means.
Pretty sure he or the cops don't either. I mean he's spewing nonsense like nationality card, trust, contract and generic "rights" so I'm pretty sure he's just been watching a lot of pseudo-religious and right-wing nutjobs explaining what to do if cops try to "take you hostage" ie. talk to you on Youtube.
Can't show them id, that's a breach in trust.
What is with people these days and their fuck the police mentality
hey, areolop, is there some sort of fine for blatantly wasting an officer's time like this?
i mean, holy shit, you can hate the cops if you want, but don't fuck with people that could be spending their time preventing actual crime or stopping accidents and shit.

oh shit, i laughed my ass off when he started screaming "TREASON" and "MARTIAL LAW" at the end.
A ticket for driving without a license? MARTIAL LAW!!! WELCOME TO DRONE-STRIKE OBAMA'S AMERICA!
I can now send this video to people who think every single cop is out to get them.
It's not always stupid cops, it's stupid people too.
Is this guy part of a cult or something? He had his ID wrapped in foil, the hell lmao

Don't trust the government, they can steal your identity! Wrapping foil into your ID is the wisest choice to make!
Some credit cards have RFID chips, aluminum foil stops people from scanning it while its in your wallet
But he does seem like a nut

I could be wrong, but this might constitute obstruction of justice.

You'd be pulling straws to try to go with anything against him other than what hes stopped for. Its the beauty of a public law enforcement system
This man is not a corporate fiction.
[sp]PS this is basically the black american version of Appox.[/sp]
This is what is called a "Sovereign Citizen" they believe they are above the law and do not have follow the law.
These people can actually be very dangerous. They believe they can use lethal force against law enforcement.
The same thing happened with the officers in Tenn, I believe, Memphis, in which they were debating over this same exact paperwork. When the "Sovereign Citizens" saw they were not getting their way, they killed two officers in cold blood.
If ANYONE showed me this paperwork I would be immediately nervous and cautious around them.
The fact that they're setting this example in front of their children is so fucked up

They're honestly one of the bigger things I worry about. They think that the laws dont apply them. Guess what, when you are on city grounds, the laws do apply to you. Even if you think they dont, they do. I dont know how'd I even react if I cant across one... probably just get a second video recording on my phone of all my actions.
[sp] If the laws dont apply to them, how can they sue? Courts govern the laws [/sp]

I was curious so I looked it up.

The traffic stop is described in the video summary. I guess they had previously been stopped for driving without a license and a seat belt, didn't pay their tickets, did six days community service. Which to them was "enslavement" caused by "Nazi checkpoints" and when they were pulled over in the video they were arguing over nationality papers which when the cops didn't go for it, led them to shoot them down.
There is an article about these people.

Love the officers in this video. You can see the first officer holding back a smile when he exits the car. Despite everything they have to deal with they just give him a ticket and drive off. really deflates this guy's concerns of "marshal law".
The way they keep going "WE BEIN HELD HOSTAGE" pisses me off so much.
why is it that you can personally relate to so many videos posted here
"oh yeah shoenice lived at my place for a week"
"oh yeah i live in this town"
Because it's true
