I watched the whole ceremony waiting for Blur and I just thought that I somehow managed to miss them because I missed the first few minutes of the whole thing. The next day I look into it and it turns out they didn't even perform at the closing ceremony but at Hyde Park in celebration of the closing ceremony or something. As I already stated in the Olympics thread in GD, fuck everything ever.

I'm sure the album is going to be written about some kind of dystopia or whatever. The Resistance lead into this idea anyway. And Matt Bellamy is a huge conspiracy theory nut, he loves reading and writing about them.
