Inglorious basterds was good but it wasn't amazing. Absolutely not "omg tarentino's best" or "best movie ever omg so gud."
Mainly because it was too convoluted with little explanation and the bar scene was too long and should have been cut down.
Gotta admit the first scene with Hans Landa is fucking amazing, thanks to Christoph Waltz
clockwork orange was awesome
and do you pray to tyler durden
How can he pray to tyler [sp]if he is tyler?[/sp]
Brave New World is easily one of my favorite books
:respek:
3 was easily the best. 4 was dumb as hell.
The first 3 were good, but number 1 will always be the best and 4 was absolute shit.

Also, most people I know think Big Trouble in Little China is absolute shit, i absolutely love it personally
Love Big Trouble in Little China.
"It's all in the reflexes"
Benjamin Button was boring and shitty.
I couldn't really get into Casablanca. Or Citizen Kane.
While I sat through Vertigo, I found it dull and not interesting.
I hated the movie The Fountain, so boring.
I love The Godfather series, but the 3rd one was really boring
You sure you're not talking about alien and not aliens?
Actually, the only one I really liked was Resurrection and that was because it had action. I found the movies incredibly unscary and the shooting was boring. At least the first one had suspense
I thought 2001: A Space Odyssey was kind of boring.
I hate the "Ocean's" movies with a passion. Ocean's 13 is on eof the worst movies I've ever seen.
I'd rather watch "Plan 9 from outer space" again than one of the Ocean's movies.
I did not enjoy Taxi Driver or Fight Club.
ok now that's just impossible
The Godfather makes me fall asleep by the end of the first part.
honestly thought hangover wasn't that funny. what parts were supposed to be funny? i just thought the part with mike tyson suddenly in the movie was cool cause i haven't seen him in a while that lovable oak <3
I thought the same thing, except the Mike Tyson shit was there purely because they wanted people to think "Oh! Mike Tyson! So whacky! Let's go see it!" when in reality it was a stupid gimmick.
I think Fight Club is overrated, even though it was a good movie.
Avatar.
It's really not that great.
It's great? All I hear is people saying how bad it is.
My point is, its a good movie. People won't accept it for what it is. Pure entertainment.
Watchmen was terrible and had a stupid convoluted story with a huge anti-climax.
I like Star Wars Episode II
Watchmen was terrible and had a stupid convoluted story with a huge anti-climax.
Read the comic
Read the comic
I don't see how reading the coming would have made the acting better or the story less convoluted or the climax less anti-climactic.
It's not that I didn't understand what was going on, it was that what was going on was stupid.
I do this alot.
I disagree with people who say avatar is the best movie of 2009, but looking at some of the posts in this thread so do alot of people.
I didn't hate UP. But it wasn't as good as people said, i preferred cloudy with a chance of meatballs.

are you shitting me.
Shitty with a chance of shitballs doesn't even compare to one of Pixar's works of art.
2001: A Space Odyessy was a great movie and it's pace was perfect. Most people say it's too slow.
2001: A Space Odyessy was a great movie and it's pace was perfect. Most people say it's too slow.
The intro is 30 fucking minutes long!!!
i think it's perfectly reasonable to be disappointed with cloverfield, it didn't even get good reviews
I remember going to see some shit movie with my brother and some of his friends drunk. A cloverfield trailer started and explosions and shit ensued. Once the trailer was over and silence fell upon the theatre I remember thinking (and by thinking I mean yelling out loud) What the fuck is it?!
Needless to say, the silence turned into chaotic laughter. Felt pretty good.

I Like oceans 11
the WHOLE spiderman series SUCKS!!!!!!!!
I loved Fast and furious 1,2,4
3 was stupid
I only enjoyed 1 and 4. 2 and 3 were stupid.

I thought Superbad was crap and the most unfunny movie I have ever seen. It's less funny than a horror film that's trying to be scary.
I hated Avatar with a Passion.
Also, inb4 some one says they liked Twilight.
I really didn't enjoy both of the Kill Bills.
I absolutely hated Pulp Fiction. The story was shit and the movie was not funny in any way except for Quentin Tarantino's appearance.
