I actually enjoyed Transformers 2. Not overtly, but I didn't walk out wrenching in disgust.
I fucking hate the transformers movies, both of them, they are completely uninteresting, the only thing they have going for them is megan fox. Also I FUCKING HATE The Rocky Horror Picture Show movie, I have no idea what everyone thinks is so great about that movie, my ex-girlfriend convinced me to watch it on the grounds that it was "the best movie ever made" and got mad at me when I told her I thought it was uninteresting and pretty much retarded in general.

I don't like Leon the Professional. Natalie Portman is just weird and makes me uncomfortable. [editline]02:09AM[/editline]
You gotta love Tim Curry though, he's always awesome.
I've been slowly finding out movies that Tim Curry has been in that I've seen that I didn't realize he was in and it has blown my mind sometimes. Tim Curry is awesome.
2012 was fun to watch because of the epic destruction. Thats a good CGI movie. Avatar? Fuck off. Its pathetic attempt at a dramatic plot was just pointless. Boring, Bland, Pointless, Predictable. The Starship Troopers movie is fucking hilarious. I loved it.
I love 'Big Trouble in Little China'. I HATE 'I Am Legend' because I read the book several years before the movie was made. A better book-to-movie translation is 'The Last Man on Earth' with Vincent Price. I liked 10000B.C. despite the lack of any sense of historical accuracy. I hate the 'Fast and the Furious' movies. I enjoy Godzilla movies (except the American one, that isn't even close to being Godzilla, that's a big T-Rex). 'Godzilla: Final Wars' is epic. I love B-movies.
V for Vendetta and Cloverfield are turds.
Rush Hour 2 is better than Rush Hour 1.
The Starship Troopers movie is fucking hilarious. I loved it.
starship troopers was meant to be a serious movie depicting the struggle between man and nature, nature represented by the aliens the humans, facing near defeat, banded together to win, conquering nature, and in turn could prosper its a strong message, its a real thinking movie lmao

I don't like The Godfather that much. I feel it's overrated. I'm gonnna watch it again some day, but when I watched it a year or so ago I felt underwhelmed. It's long, drawn out, and while it is wonderfully shot and acted, it just bored me. Meanwhile, Once Upon a Time in America is long, drawn out, wonderfully shot and acted, and managed to captivate me. (But Goodfellas blows them both away.)
I love War of the Worlds with Tom Cruise. [editline]07:14PM[/editline] I didn't like Public Enemies and The Dark Knight, they're too messy.
I don't really like Star Wars that much. Any of them. I mean, they're not bad films, and the story's pretty ok, but I don't get why people routinely describe them as the best films ever. They're nothing special to me (maybe they were groundbreaking at the time, but not to me, a modern viewer)
I watched Full Metal Jacket for the first time last summer, after everyone I went to highschool with told me it was the best movie ever. I didn't like it that much, it was an all right movie, but I got bored as soon as the part where they were in basic was over and was pretty underwhelmed with it as a whole.
i liked wild wild west [editline]01:41 PM[/editline] scratch that i fucking loved wild wild west
I think the Dawn of the Dead remake was better than the original. I also hated a Clockwork Orange, and loved The Boondock Saints.
Also, I enjoyed District 9, but it was a HUGE dissapointment. Maybe if I watch it again knowing what to expect I would love it, same with Sherlock Holmes.
I did not enjoy Taxi Driver or Fight Club.
:ohdear:
How can people not like Fight Club, Taxi Driver or Pulp Fiction? I'm scared
I'm scared
Me too, I must now abandon this thread, I bid you all adieu. But I didn't like District 9 that much, really just they way it was shot.
Adventureland was/is terrible
Adventureland was/is terrible
Agreed, I just sat there with a blank look on my face through the entire movie. Also, I liked the most recent War of the Worlds movie, the one with Tom Cruise.
I'm sorry, but i watched "A Serious Man" and thought it was okay, but not as great as the reviews said it was; I keep thinking that is some deeper meaning, but I really don't think I understand.
I thought The Dark Knight was boring.
I liked Transformers 2
I liked Meet The Spartans, Disaster Movie and Epic Movie.
I got bored towards the end of Fight club.
I liked Meet The Spartans, Disaster Movie and Epic Movie.
I liked the twilight books, but not the movies.
