Starship Troopers is and may always be my favourite movie. Its just so simple yet so good for being it. It didn't shit around, it knew what clichés it had to cover and it covered them all, then checked its list twice to make sure. That, and its special effects remain awesome as hell - they look more than good today despite the moving being what, 15 years old?
Seriously, I just love it.

Oh, and don't people just despise it when someone watches a new movie and instantly walk out of the theater instantly claiming that that movie was the "ZOMG BEST MOVIE I EVAR SAWWRRR"? That shit makes me want to kill people, its so annoying. Its not the "best movie ever", its the movie freshest in your mind. Maybe because you just fucking watched it.
I always wonder what people who say a good movie (or a movie I consider good i.e. Gran Torino or The Godfather trilogy) is bad, considers good.

Starship Troopers is indeed my favorite movie to watch.
It's like going to a theme park.

I completely agree. It's heavily disappointing they could never make a sequel with the same flare as the first.

Disney and Pixar are fucking awesome. IMHO.

Umm, Pixar is god damn amazing, with terrific characters that make you cry emotional tears from their experiences, and each movie has class, respecting audience as mature individuals who would rather have a interesting plot, enjoyable characters, and unique idea in their films, even when considered childish, to satisfy their audience. The morals are not that of a childish manner, with severe, life changing ethics that help children survive. Each film shows the effort put into their making.
Saying Pixar is shit and childish means you truly don't understand the film, leave it off as something only children would like, and don't give it a chance. You say "pixar shit", but Pixar is remarkably distant from that category

Also, Lion King is cool.

pixar is actually pretty bad if you ask me. I mean, they're way better than your average disney 3d animation, but they aren't great. UP is an exception, however.
and I have never cried during any pixar film. or any film at all for that matter.

They have a better batting average than most directors.
I didn't care for the Godfather
It insists upon itself.
It takes forever getting in, and you spend like six and a half hours and then,
you know I can't even finish it, I haven't even seen the ending.
I have tried on three separate occasions.
I don't even know what they are talking about, it's like they are speaking another language.
Cookie if you get the referance.

character starts out sad
character makes friends
character becomes happy
character screws up
character is sad again
character fixes everything
character is happy.
90% of disney movies that I have seen follow this plot line. I haven't seen a disney movie in forever that follows a different plot line, besides wallie.
Paranormal activity. Went to see it with my friends, got bored halfway through so I just started criticising it loudly.
I loved Fast and furious 1,2,4
3 was stupid
i actually consider #3 the best out of the bunch because i love drifting and stuff (F&F2 coming in at a very close second)
Waking Life is one of the best films i have ever seen
Toy Story 2 and Cars were average/bad. Every superhero movie ever made other than the Dark Knight was total shit. All three Pirates of the Caribbean were amazing movies. Waterworld was a good movie.
I really didn't like Citizen Cane. At all. That narrator's voice was so fucking annoying.
you should do stand up.
i like every movie with jason statham in it
i like the fact that they are over the top action style movies
i love all the transporters and cranks
Toy Story 2 and Cars were average/bad.
uh no
Toy Story 2 and Cars were average/bad.
I can see Cars, a little, but Toy Story 2?
No.
No.
Hell no.
Just...fuck...no.
Toy Story 2 wasn't nearly as good as the first.
Also I thought Death Race was ok because it reminded me of Twisted Metal.
Also Alien Resurrection was my favorite one.

Also Starship Troopers sucked.
Twilight.
It sucked balls(we all know that but can't say the same for the mainstream public).
Star Wars III
I know the reviews were negative, but it just didn't live up to its hype.
Indeed, even within the context of how shitty the prequels were it was awful.
The Godfather was boring. I couldn't even finish the first one.

The enemy cannot push a button, if you disable his hand.
I genuinely liked equilibrium. I guess you could say it's underrated but I don't know what other people think about it.
Juno was an abomination.
uh no
cars sucked
There's this one indie film called Elephant which is loved by most critics but I just thought it was painfully slow and boring. People say stuff like, "Well it's supposed to be that way, because it's supposed to emphasize that fact that it was a normal day", but I don't want to watch a movie about a normal day. I wanna see shit happen!
Also the kids in the movie are fucking stupid, which is a nice touch of realism for these times eh?
Oh god this one.
It was defiantly the most boring movie i have ever seen.
Even in the ending where they begin shooting in the school was pretty lame.
I actually liked Kung-Pow
