I was supposed to have mine removed with surgery like 3 years ago but I got scared when I saw the size of the needle they wanted to put in my big toe and pussied out lol, it was really bad back then but pretty much sorted itself out after a few months of brushing the skin in the area with an old toothbrush and removing chunks. Sounds painful but didn't feel it since I did it whilst in the bath so somewhat numbed.

I think you should go see a doctor about that
You don't have to go to a doctor for an ingrown toenail. Just put up with the discomfort for a few days/weeks and stop cutting the damn things so short.

Unless it's the same problem that I have. My toenails grow crooked, I had to have parts of my nail removed on both sides due to them embedding themselves into my flesh. :saddowns:

Until it grows in more and becomes infected. Then if you're stupid enough to leave it you risk losing the toe or needing IV antibiotics.
Smart.
