OK, so I put the weird symbol into Google translator with every language known to man. Eventually, after an hour of gibberish and numbers, this came up: "laisvas žmogus". Excited beyond belief that I got actual letters, I quickly translated it to English. Here's what came out...
"free man". I am shaking.
