Bubbline shippers be ready: “We were just writing a new episode with Bubblegum and Marceline and in the beginning we were having them bicker a lot, but I pulled it back and had them be really genuine with each other.”
theyre obv going to pork
I don't mean to be so pessimistic, but with such a dramatic title episode of 'Finn the Human' and 'Jake the Dog', I thought we were gonna learn more about their origin, or their background.
[sp]Secondary objectives. Numero uno was getting some sweet sweet Mushroom War, and it was there, plus a little confirmation on part of Marceline's story, plus that tantalising Creeps house. Besides, Farmworld Finn had a sibling that could be important to Finn's story later (possibly as some kind of strong woman).[/sp]
brilliant
dear god thats brilliant
Yes! I can't wait for more Card Wars!
The link got taken down and I missed the episode! Any other links FP?
Brilliant. Ice Finn was great, and Prismo is even cooler.
That episode just left me wanting more much more. Wish it could of been even longer.
Now that the episode is out, can someone explain to me why Jake turned into the Lich after he got out of acid (?) puddle?
this might be dumb but [sp]i just realized in the king worm episode. when finn looks in the mirror he's sees is alternate dimensional self. the one with no lich[/sp] [editline]13th November 2012[/editline] yeah i thought it would be late
Now that the episode is out, can someone explain to me why Jake turned into the Lich after he got out of acid (?) puddle?
That acid puddle is what originally created the Lich. In the original timeline, Simon didn't freeze the bomb.
Another thing in the King Worm episode is that in the very beginning P.B. calls Finn the king. I just thought it was a little nod to his alternate universe self becoming the Ice King.
That acid puddle is what originally created the Lich. In the original timeline, Simon didn't freeze the bomb.
I wonder who the Lich was before the acid.

I don't get why potepotables has to split the episode into two seperate files
I don't get why potepotables has to split the episode into two seperate files
I like it better that way. Looks better in my collection than "501+502, 503, 504"
because size
their both 84 mb, 168 mb all together, well under the 200mb mediafire size limit
their both 84 mb, 168 mb all together, well under the 200mb mediafire size limit
If he was going to keep them as one file over the size limit, he'd do them as .part.rars like most of the HD Regular Shows anyway. I think he just likes to keep episodes separate, and they are two episodes, even if they cover one story. If you check the backup account, Holly Jolly Secrets is there in the two separate parts as well.
So why did [sp]Marcelline age in the alternate timeline[/sp]
Popular opinion seems to be [sp]she was never turned into a vampire in Farmworld, and her demon half doesn't stop her aging, though it does seem to give her a huge lifespan. Hopefully Simon and Marcy will clear that up some more.[/sp]

"Dang Ice King, you lookin' crazy seeyock"
[sp] Well now we all know about the Choose Goose now in his former life[/sp] Great episode.
well THAT was disappointing.
well THAT was disappointing.
What were you expecting, a complete explanation of everything in AT?
I mean, I thought we were in store for a huge arc where Finn/Jake fight the Lich across several worlds or something awesome. Instead, the Lich is useless and everything is the way it was before. There was SO much potential there...especially with Simon. I doubt they'll ever explore that backstory. [editline]13th November 2012[/editline]
What were you expecting, a complete explanation of everything in AT?
That's the thing, this episode didn't explain ANYTHING. We can't believe anything that happened because it's an alternate timeline. We didn't learn anything about Ooo, really. I mean, sure, certain events happened in the alternate timeline that seems like they could easily lead to present-day Ooo, but because it wasn't the REAL timeline, who knows if that's what happened or not? i'm not saying I expected them to start tying loose ends together, just that it was hyped so much more than it should have been. Some of that has been by the fans, sure, but...eh. I was hoping for more. [editline]13th November 2012[/editline] I suppose we're meant to believe that the way we say shit go down is how it really did, except with certain changes, of course. [sp]Simon didn't freeze the bomb, Marcie became a vampire, etc etc.[/sp] But we can't guarantee that, which sucks. I just want to know a LITTLE about the backstory, because they could do it very well if they wanted to, which they evidently don't. [editline]13th November 2012[/editline] Come to think of it, I do believe that the basics of the story were right. They said that [sp]the bomb was a mutagenic, so it was probably some sort of advanced biological warfare weapon that turned Earth into Ooo after presumably quite a long time.[/sp] I did like how they handled time travel, though.
there was time travel involved?

This is a simple show, with simple explanations. [sp]The Lich was the first creature created by the mutagenic properties of the Mushroom War's bombs. Either the Ice King stops it or he doesn't, but when that last bomb goes off (maybe only in that one spot) the transformation goo that creates all the wacky creatures and such in Ooo is released.[/sp]
Sort of. I mean, I suppose it's more alternate dimensions, but considering their wishes affect the past, present, and future, it seems reasonable to say time travel.
