It's The Lich wearing Billy eating pickles with Cosmic Owl and Prismo. They seem uncomfortable.
Watch "Finn the Human" and "Jake the Dog" for an explanation as to why.
I have watched every episode, what I meant was if it was supposed to be funny or something else.
The made the cosmic owl look like a nerd with those boardgames and voice
I used to love the cosmic owl, it was so cool before. booo.
I don't really see a problem with this.
you say that, but i find the people who ship bubblegum and marceline and shout "IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU ARE A HOMOPHONE. CIS SCUM." weird.

Not even once did they say that he couldn't be a princess because he's a guy. I liked that.
While your at it, you should buy a haircut and non-print shirts.
Friendly advice very friendly no angst here <3

It was implied. That's why Bubblegum laughed.
Okay I got all caught up, and
holy fuck holy fuck
Like: [sp]this is getting close to some Homestuck territory. Nowhere near it currently. But if they were to keep alive the threads about Prismo (awesome dude) and the different timelines...and if Finn Mertens shows up again...they won't, but if they did it would begin to get just as crazy.[/sp]
I'm gonna guess this was pretty much everyone's reaction. These more recent episodes have done some clarifying, but there's still things to cover. Anybody have any theories about [sp]the mansion's ghost[/sp] and [sp]the Lubglubs?[/sp] In "Dad's Dungeon" there's also [sp]the enormous final demon, which, while it does have a bit more explanation than the other two monsters, still seems mysterious.[/sp]
One of my favorite things about a story is when seemingly innocuous details begin to be revealed as serious plot elements. Then you get into theorizing about everything. Who would have guessed [sp]the Kingdom crown jewels were linked to the Enchiridion, etc.?[/sp] Oh, right, and [sp]the earth missing a giant chunk.[/sp]
Maybe I don't need to spoilerize these things but I do know that when I was still getting caught up it was nice to see people making sure not to ruin it.

You are looking too far into it. There are some unexplained things and sort of hidden sub plots but I doubt things like the demon will be expanded on at all and the jewels didn't strike me as anything other than a convenient way for the writers to spend an episode opening a portal. Especially since PB's has been shown to have another function in a previous episode.

The demon's a stretch. But I'm near completely sure that mansion will be significant later. Hell, the Enchiridion was just a Macguffin excuse for the heroes to go on a quest which exemplified the show's nature. It then became one of the most important items in the series. In the animated short, they explained the Ice King getting his power from the crown so that Jake could punch it off in a funny moment. Currently there's a whole backstory, and now an alternate timeline, that revolves around the crown's influence.
Finn saves the memory of the mansion ghost in his vault, it shows up later in his nightmare, the mansion returns in the alternate timeline...It's gotta be important somehow. Just like the snail, the book, the crown, Marceline's past, etc...
has anyone talked the part where alternate timeline finn says that magic is just something made up by the "prophets of old?"
I personally think that the prophets of old were possibly powerful humans who possessed the crown jewels that the regular time line princesses have.
how about you guys stop thinking too hard into it
there's a big crater in the earth because there were bombs and a big war that's literally all there is to it
They specifically leave things open so they can pick them up for new ideas without seeming like they're pulling new plots out of their collective ass. It's smart writing, that's all.
who bit Marcelline?
when she's younger you can see she isn't bitten, but she is at a certain age.
I wonder if we will meet the bitter.

We require the details...
That's really all it is, a craving for more content. It's just always interesting to see more of the story. Harmless speculation is all.
I can only imagine what this thread is gonna be like when Simon and Marcy airs sometime in January
Thought this was gonna be a Marceline episode but it's an everyone episode it seems like.

That was a pretty weird episode.
Guys did you see that?
[sp]When Jake stuck his thumb in Rainacorns stomach, you could already tell ITS HAPPENING[/sp]
Why can't Flambo cast fire protection on Finn so he can hug FP all day?
Why can't Flambo cast fire protection on Finn so he can hug FP all day?
This is a question I asked myself too. Maybe fire protection has it's limits?
Why can't Flambo cast fire protection on Finn so he can hug FP all day?
Because Finn is stupid sometimes.
