Zach Hill from 9248 different bands. Most of the bands seem to be noise or math oriented, and he's mostly known for Hella, which is math rock.

That album is very strange. I like it, but the little high pitched 8bit sound at the beginning of Guillotine creeps me out.

Coming from rock, metal, etc I have never been one for Rap/Hip-off, but for some reason this is really good to me. It feels different, it's insane, but kind of satisfying in a way.
