[editline]5th July 2014[/editline]
dude hacker is one of their absolute best tracks. Fuck That for me is the only bad song on TMS.
Man, people always say Fuck That is the worst but good lord son that BEAT it's so IGNORANT it's AWESOME
Aaaand the subsequent side projects will never be as good.
I'm sure Zach Hill will keep putting out great stuff
I'm sure Zach Hill will keep putting out great stuff
Yeah, he already had good stuff out before. I do like me some Hella.
"Up My Sleeves" gets more significant every time I hear it. Ride's vocals on this track are chilling, and have this human quality to it that I think he was keeping up his sleeves, so to speak. :v:
wow ok apperantly i like grips
Andy put up zip files of all the DG albums on his website a few hours ago. Now it's just an planet thing. New ARG incoming? http://a2b2.org/
IS ANYONE REALLY SURPRISED? I'M NOT. YES, I AM YELLING.
i recently started listening to these guys they quickly became one of my favorite bands
Exmilitary > No Love Deep Web > TMS > Govt. Plates > niggas on the moon IMHO
TMS/Exmilitary tied > Govt. Plates > niggas on the moon > No Love Deep Web my opinion
All of their albums are really too different to order from greatest to least I think.
All of their albums are really too different to order from greatest to least I think.
Sure you can. You can't difinitively order them in a way everyone will agree on, but they have albums I like more than others.
theres people who actually liked govt plates????????????
theres people who actually liked govt plates????????????
what's not to like?
what's not to like?
most of the album really
most of the album really
it's a lot better than No Love Deep Web that one was a bit boring compared to the others imo
I like all of em.
For me it goes something like this: Exmilitary>Government Plates>NLDW>TMS>NotM Of course, I love them all equally, but if I'm in the mood for some Grips, I'll go through this hierarchy to decide.
Found a video of a japanese guy rapping over hustlebones
What's up with the nunchucks?
He's japanese, duh. He had to put down a bit of time to practice his nunchucks for ninja class.

Death Grips are good, but I haven't listened to them in a while. I also liked Government Plates. What's with the dislike for that?
There isn't any good videos of it online but No Love plays in Ep.11 of BoJack Horseman on Netflix.
Death Grips have fully sold out, soon this will be a reality

You might think he loves you for your money but I know what he really loves you for it's your brand new Adidas Predator boots
I know it sounds like a cop out, but I could not rank their albums mostly cause they're all so different. It seems like each record is them playing with a theme or an idea. Exmilitary is probably the most listenable and definitely the rawest. It shows off all their different talents as a band. Very kill hip-hop type listen. TMS/NLDW to me, really get into their electronic music production chops. The beats on those two are so fuckin dark, heavy. Really sublime. Gov't Plates and Niggas on the Moon are for sure their most experimental work. The music is odd and abrasive. NotM also gives a bit more spotlight to Ride and his lyrics. Depends on what I'm feeling, but I can't even begin to rank them. They're all good as hell to me.
Thirdworlds.net is down, get ready for jenny death! [editline]25th September 2014[/editline] Okay maybe I'm a little too optimistic
Thirdworlds.net is down, get ready for jenny death! [editline]25th September 2014[/editline] Okay maybe I'm a little too optimistic
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they never intended on releasing it.
Maybe they stopped paying their hosting bill because they stopped giving a fuck about whatever they were trying to do.
