Just remember that cologne and deodorant are two different things. One of my friends douses himself with a quarter bottle of cologne and thinks it'll make up for a lack of deodorant... it doesn't.
how to build muscle: lift really heavy shit and eat shitloads of protein
I tried all that shit. Only gained 2 pounds. No where near the 15-20 pounds i need to gain. So im trying the drink a 1/2 gallon to a gallon of milk a day with an hour work out. If that doesn't work, well fuck me, then everyone can just look at my bone structure. I just realized all my plaid shirts are a little baggy.

Drinking milk isn't going to help at all (why do you even think it will?) and drinking it right after working out isn't going to do anything either. You simply have to eat more. Are you eating right now? If not, go eat something.

My wrists, for some reason, are really thin and don't seem to have widened at all. My forearm and upper arm is fine - my arm is stronger than the average in my year group but I just don't like the way my wrists look so skinny :smith: any cures? apparently there isn't much muscle on the wrist which you can build up so I think that's out of the question
If you want protein just have protein shakes

Eat a lot (of healthy food). Get more snacks, lift weights (don't do cardio).
