I'm not too sure because my clothing varied, but I at least lost 5 pounds. I was 240 pounds now 232. I did like 50 situps every night. I still don't think that makes up for losing 8 pounds in a week lol.

Its not a lie, I first got acne around when I was 15 and I'm about to be 22 in a few months. That's 7 years of trying to treat acne with various over the counter products and had several prescription creams and some antibiotics. Only thing I didn't take was accutane because I refused when I heard about all the horror stories and side effects.

I lost 23 pounds in 3 months by drinking less soda and eating less candy, but no other diet changes.

Basically at the start of 2011 I was about 212 pounds but as of last night I was at 169 pounds. so my recent diet change and use of a local gym 3 days a week really came through.

Yeah I don't eat much meat anymore. Kinda helps, makes me feel healthier :D
I used to weigh 145lbs 5 months ago, now I weigh 160lbs. I also eat like 2500 calories a day and workout 4 days a week. Rocking out with my abs out.
Also, eating less isn't always the healthier choice for losing weight for everyone... like Catpuncher.
I just pretty much gave up sweets and kept everything the same in my diet, plus I made my work outs longer too. Worked for me.
I'm not trying to become more muscular. I have enough muscles, just not abs. It's a work in progress.
Abs are amazing.

As is having a high metabolism. I just do like 30 situps a day (which takes like five minutes in total, mind you), and I have a really defined torso.

I wouldn't cut it unless you don't do any physical exercise at all. I drink an energy drink before every workout and generally burn it off real quickly as a result.
I've started working out and cycling lots as part of my 365 project.
Is it weird that I rep 315-400lbs on the leg press with no problem?

I lost 30 pounds in 4 weeks when I was in Peru. Trekking, healthy food and shit tons of water and sweat. Shame I've put like 20 back on, need to start gymming when I start getting a wage
Problem is, that a lot of that lost weight was probably muscles (unless you ate a lot of protein).
No matter what I consume, I don't gain any weight. Is this a problem?

Christ man, unless you don't eat [B]anything[/B] and let your body go into shock, it's not going to be all muscle loss. Most of that was probably water from dehydration and some fat loss from the hiking,

If you have a high calorie deficit, and don't eat shitloads of protein, your body removes what uses the most calories first, ie muscle.
