If you don't want a gym membership then you should invest in some real weights. Also i wouldn't recommend just working those three muscles. You'll look really disproportional and it can cause problems with spinal structure and such if you just work chest and nothing else.
you're not eating enough eat more are you eating right now? no? start eating. [editline]12th June 2011[/editline] that is, of course, when you start at the gym otherwise you'll just get fat
mainly, I meant. i work out my whole body every day
... with 20lb, constant weights? I beg to differ about you "working out".
mainly, I meant. i work out my whole body every day
Work out hard 3 times a week, no more, and as much as you can without throwing up.
... with 20lb, constant weights? I beg to differ about you "working out".
i beg to differ you know the concept of working out without weights
as much as you can without throwing up.
He isn't ready for high-volume workouts
He isn't ready for high-volume workouts
Oops, there was supposed to be an 'eat' in that sentence
i beg to differ you know the concept of working out without weights
I beg to differ you even know the concept of Hypertrophy if you actually believe lifting your own bodyweight, with some to almost nano weight-shifts, would produce enough muscle stimuli to provide a physique worthy of even putting on these forums / strength gains BW exercises will produce results to a certain extent.

Gym costs money is the worst excuse ever. I have money issues and yet I have a home gym. Magic? No. Your phone probably costs at least 2-3 months of gym time. Not too sure about American currency, so I'm taking an educated guess.
My parents paid for our phones. Guess what too: this is my parent's house, and we have no room for a gym in here. Home gyms cost money too :downs:
so you dont want a gym membership and you dont want a home gym and youre only using 20 lbs and expecting to change your body completely? am i getting this straight because thats fucking stupid
so you dont want a gym membership and you dont want a home gym and youre only using 20 lbs and expecting to change your body completely? am i getting this straight because thats fucking stupid
I want to. I can't afford it, and neither can my family. I want to do as much as possible with no money, which I am trying to do. Get it through your thick head.
i have a thick head but youre the one that wont stop believing 20 lbs will make you swole???
i have a thick head but youre the one that wont stop believing 20 lbs will make you swole???
when did i ever say i believed that or even wanted to do that
weight: 95-105 pounds I usually just put on two 20 lb dumbbells and do most of my exercises with them, other than squats, running, push-ups, ab workouts, etc. I have no gym, because it costs money. I'm really trying to gain some body mass, but I can't. I eat a lot, and exercise a lot, what's stopping me? I'm also working mainly on biceps, forearms, and pecs. Can you guys recommend me some bicep, forearm, or pec exercises that I can do with two 20 lb dumbbells?
there lmao
Damn, I was thinking everyone in here would be bro, but apparently not. Give the kid a break. He might not be able to afford huge weights (even with how cheap they can be) but at least hes doing something rather than sitting on his fat ass like most people do.
there lmao
gain body mass is not the same as being swollen as fuck dumbass im 98 pounds and I want to get some more meat on my bones as in muscle

I know he's being a little harsh but you need to figure something out in terms of weight because 20 lbs are frankly not going to cut it and you will quickly out-grow them, if you haven't already. [editline]12th June 2011[/editline] Both of you guys do need to chill with all the ~hostility~ Gayswiss is giving you good advice. Maybe add him (or me)on steam or something so you can get a plan worked out for you.

[editline]13th June 2011[/editline] There, added an extra 5, for a total of two 25 lb dumbbells. I'll train with these until I out-grow them, then I will post results.
