I think I lift quite a bit for someone my size, now I just need to bulk up and gain muscle mass. I usually drink protein shakes or eat eggs after my workouts, anyone have any tips?

I would post a pic but I'm too lazy to go take one and I don't have one on hand
No deadlifts? Why?
Also, for a guy who can master such weight-to-strength ratios(2.2xbw) you sure ask stupid questions.
Sounds unlikely.
If you got up to those ratios on your own and still don't know how to achieve proper sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, then my mind is blown. to pieces.
I've just never done a dead lift and I've never been taught anything specific about building mass. I was on the high school wrestling team for 3 years and we lifted there so I got a pretty good idea on how to do basic lifts and some basics on building mass. I'm just wondering if there are any special tricks and what not for building size because I think I'm a fairly small dude and I've done all that I know to try and achieve size.

Basically, keep progressively loading. Volume training is an individual thing - some might respond, some might not.
I'd go with 5/3/1 as it's my personal favorite due to combining both worlds - strength and size effectively.
A big issue, if you really want to expand on this we'll have to pm that shit.

Also, what are some good chest exercises? I'm tired of push-ups, and want actual pecs.

What does it mean by 1x5 or 5x5?

I cannot bench press or do pull ups at my house, though I can deadlift. If I knew the correct way to do them
deadlifting 50 lbs
cant breath

you could at least help me by showing the correct way to deadlift, because I don't want bad form. 50 pounds is better than nothing.

Besides, I have a deadlift bar; how much weight do you think I should deadlift?

search deadlift technique
deadlift as much as you can

I guess football team don't need deadlifts?
I guess football team don't need deadlifts?
Most football teams only max out in bench press and squats. They do deadlifts, they just don't max in them most of the time.
P. slow 40 time though. Might want to work on dat explosiveness.
Might as well list my lifts
DUring my peak condition:
5"9, Bodyweight at 78kg
Deadlift: 212.5kg for 2 reps ( classical stance )
Squat: 185kg for 1 rep ( Atg, ass touches back part of shoes )
Bench: Not sure, don't give a fuck
Right now I'm at 64kg due to injury to my knee and shoulder
Deadlift: Can't do them in classical(Knee pain), sumo: 142.5kg
Squat: 155kg
Trying to take some time off right now to let me shoulder recover and planning on being around ~70kg with the same bodyfat percentage in a year or a bit more. (:
Wow your lifts went down drastically
Wow your lifts went down drastically
I would be really down but when I first started lifting I weighted in at 54kg so it's not that bad, went from 54 to 78 in 2 years - ended up having less bodyfat when I first started - Felt good.
I'll be back to my prime and past it in a few years so It's not that bad - Weightlifting is a long progress and you can't let it get you down because you make a mistake or two (:

Muscle memory gives ya a hand as well, so it's half the time.

Most likely, now I need to find some time between university, work and the female companion kneeing me in the back at nights

Right with you on that broman. Life sucks when you got one.
Finally on a proper bulking diet again, I haven't really progressed much in terms of size over the past months because I had been getting lazy, but I did get a little bit stronger so whatever.

oh right. Bulking is still probably the best option and then once you cut you'll look sexy as fuark.
no homo
I'm bulking for about 5 more weeks and then doing a short cut and then clean bulking eternally.
I'm 6'3" and 180-or-so-lbs. I don't know how much I can lift but I do know that when I moved recently I had to lug a queen mattress across town on my own, and that damn thing must've been at least 100lbs - so at least that much I guess.
