If you or your gym has it, try weighing yourself everyday before you workout. Record it everyday for some good motivation. If you workout and eat right it's literally impossible to not see progress.

Can we make it a rule ( or a suggestion) that if you're doing progress pics to do the same pose in the before and after pics much like this? There are so many people who post non-flexing before pics and then with their after pics they look like they're going to pop a blood vessel
