I found a picture my ex took of me when I was just a couple of months into working out. It'd be better if I could take another picture in the same location/pose but this one is the closest recent one I have.

It was certainly a boost to see how much I've changed, but unfortunately I've been sick as of late and have missed gym for almost a week now ahhhhhhhgsdg.

Yeah I'm quite a short guy, but I'm only 17 so I'm still hoping that I have a sudden growth spurt at some point, as I don't believe I've had a proper one yet. My parents are both short though so I don't expect myself to ever become as tall as I may wish. 'Salll good.

I try to do lawn mowers but they won't work for me.. my biceps are awesome but the back of the arm over the triceps sucks.. is it still considered triceps?

by lawn mowers do you mean bent over rows? If so that works lats and bicep more than delts. good posterior delt exercises include standing front rows, cable reverse flies, etc.

I can bench like 70lb, been working out for a month, I weigh 140.
Is this really really shit? I always feel like it's a terrible amount.
It has to be said that i used to work out pre summer holiday, then stopped and started up again 4,5 weeks ago.
