I found a picture my ex took of me when I was just a couple of months into working out. It'd be better if I could take another picture in the same location/pose but this one is the closest recent one I have. If so that works lats and bicep more than delts. good posterior delt exercises include standing front rows, cable reverse flies, etc.

Been on 5x5 for 4,5 week. Im 5,8 and weighs 147 Starting weights 5x5: Sqaut 88lbs Bench 110lbs DL 121lbs Milli press 66lbs Today 5x5: sqaut 165lbs bench 154lbs DL 191lbs Milli press 88lbs Im getting stronger and stronger.. luv it!
I can bench like 70lb, been working out for a month, I weigh 140. Is this really really shit? I always feel like it's a terrible amount.
It has to be said that i used to work out pre summer holiday, then stopped and started up again 4,5 weeks ago. So no, its not really that shit ;)
