I lost about 40lbs and had some pretty major surgery. I don't know my stats for sure but thats just what im guessing. I might be stronger but I doubt it. Everything went down about a plate im assuming.

Ye so like I'm 6'1'' Weight: 72-74 kg (I can't remember now jesus christ) but here's the thing I struggle with benching 40 kilos (that's like uhm 88 pounds?) I'm thinking of doing strength training rather than trying to get BEEGER first WHaT sAy the gurus of the forum (first time I've actually participated in gym activities in mein life, been working out for 4 weeks)
Duh nonikai. Strength for about a year or a year and a half, then use volume training. Kind of pointless to get volume without a base.

Well guys, Repped my old bench max 5 times today for the last set of my 3x5. Squats are slowly going up (just finally fixed form problems and began going past parallel) Oh and ive gained around 14 pounds in 2 months, and my arms are looking swole as fuck compared to before
Current stats here for you guys! Height: 5, 9" Weight: 140lb DL: 160lb Bench: 80lb :( Squat: 210lb
