Ht: 6'1
Wt: 230lbs

BP: 145lbs
Squat: 210lbs
Lunges: 175lbs
HC: 145lbs (Probably more. Haven't maxed out on this yet.)
So, last year I was pretty big. Decided I wanted to do something with my fat ass. My coach at school is one of the toughest coaches in the state, but he also knows his shit. I asked him if I could come into the weight room after school everyday to start weight lifting, and he let me. We started out with basic lunges, squats, bench, and push press. (These are the main things I did, and still do.) I've worked my way up to those stats. We do some more complicated stuff like Front squats and hang cleans too. He's really worked me up to be A LOT stronger than when I was. I just max'd out my squats today at 210lbs, but I think I could have gone up to 215 or even 220. We also do crunches, sit up pull push through's, and other basic abdominal work. I went from struggling to do 10-15 crunches to doing 120+ no problem.
I'm probably going to play football next year. I really thank my coach for getting me as far as I've gotten.
Sorry if I got a bit ahead of myself. Post statistics and muscles, not life story.

Yeah, he's a really great coach. I also work out with all the football players, so I get a lot of pointers and motivation all around.

Good think I previewed this first, and that I know how to img_thumb, cause my phone takes monstrous images. This is after a good cropping too.
Height: 5'9
Weight: 140 ~ 145 lbs
Bench: 145lbs
Squat: 185lbs
The only place I lift is during my Weight Training II class, but I'm slowly improving. I started off way worse two years ago when I was a sophomore, and came out in okay shape. This time I'm entering in a decentish shape, and I hope to walk away a demi-god.
I don't do any "official" school sports. My thing is Parkour. It's really helped me get into shape, AND meet a lot of awesome people. I kinda have this thing where I hate pretty much everyone (aside from friends) at my high school, because they suck, but my Parkour family is kickin rad.
I was looking for an "action shot" of me doing parkour, but I usually either train by myself, or whenever I'm with my parkour family, we're having too much fun to think about videos or pictures. At least I am.
So yeah, I'm improving, and slowly getting better. I do love being a kick ass contradiction. I'm going to college for Computer Science (programming, C++ currently), have taken a few Computer Engineering classes, but then I turn around and BAM! I'm in shape and I just did a back flip. Sweet merciful science I'm awesome.

yeah you look like you got a pretty decent bsae to start from
try eating a bit more though lol
I eat so much food it's not even funny. I mean, I eat A LOT, more than most of my "large" (read: friends that eat way too much food to be healthy) friends. I never gain any weight though. I'm just gonna attribute it to my athleticism and manly european metabolism. I also don't eat any crap. No fast food for sure.

how much do you weigh and what is your height?
chances are, you're probably not eating as much as you would think
ANYONE (excluding people with medical conditions, etc.) can gain weight
post what you eat everyday, every single thing
don't exaggerate
well, naturally, eating healthy and being athletic keeps you in shape (or at the very least keeps you from gaining a noticeable amount of weight)
you're really sexy, keep doing what you're doing

Thanks for that. Boosted the self confidence. And VQ, I suppose I may be eating less than I used to. I do eat a lot at meals when I get the chance to sit down, dinner/lunch at home for example. But now that I think about it I haven't been home for those meals in a while. Hmm. I need to eat more food.

Can I get a "no homo"
[editline]2nd March 2011[/editline]
Or is there much homo involved.
There's sexual liberation and comfortableness going on. I figure don't need to explain myself, because I figure it's nobody's business.

Either way, it's unrelated to the thread. I'll get a new picture once I have a means of doing so
I fitness every sunday for 2 hours and I don't see that much difference from around half a year ago when I started, is 2 hours not enough? Could it be my diet? Why isn't there a questions thread? :v: Also, don't hate me, I'm a beginner
That's not even near enough to get a good looking body. That's more like trying to hold a low standard.

Start doing two hours a day and you'll start noticing something in a couple of months.
Well I have worked out in about 1,5 year.
I'm 16,5 year, Weighs about 132 pounds (using kg to lbs converter) and is 5.8 feet tall.
I train about 3 days a week and do about 3 different practices but I'm gonna go a step further now. Have trained only for general fitness but I'm now ready for heavier challenges in reasonable limits.
Well enough of that now.
My statistics are: Standing deadlift 121.2 pounds
(Used all the weights I had at home but If I had more weights I can lift maybe 154.3 pounds with my current bodystat)
When using two dumbbells I often have each bell set at 13.2 to 15.4 pounds (when lifting 15 times per set)
In benchpress 61.7 pounds (8 times per set)

squat: forever unknown
I'd say I don't squat over what I bench..lol
Although I do box squat like 280ish, my hamstrings are far too weak to get low enough to squat that.
Height - 6'0"
Weight - 165lb
I don't weight lift so here are some different stats, lol
Pull-ups - 12
Chin-ups - 17
Push ups - 60
Crunches - 100
Mile time - 6:30
I'm proud of my chin ups, went from 12 to 17 in under two months.
Height - 5'11"
Weight - 175lbs
I haven't maxed out in a long time and have been cutting down on lifting weights, but I can kick things that are higher than the top of my head so that must account for something.

crunches- (insert infinity symbol here)
Crunches are ridiculously easy. I mean, I could seriously do crunches forever if I wanted to, I never get anything out of them.
Probably a byproduct of the ridiculous workouts I endured during high school track season. We'd do anywhere between 800-1000 crunches every practice. The formula was drill-100 crunches-drill-100 crunches-drill-100 crunches. Hell, our "rest" periods consisted of when we did crunches.
It's been a long time since then, but I still don't even get phased by crunches until I get up around 600 or so at a brisk pace. If I took it easy, I could go forever.
You've got the same Tapout shirt as me :)
You've got the same Tapout shirt as me :)
fyi people ignore ijeax and maverick from this point forward
Hey you dick, my Dad got it for me from Vegas :colbert:
The way I see it, Tapout is acceptable if you are a dedicated mixed martial artist. If you don't do any kind of MMA or just went to a gym for a week or so, then you have no business wearing it.
Tapout is just a brand to me, I don't wear it because of it's background. I wear it because I think it looks nice.
you two are so defensive. go ahead and convice my tapout is cool :3
I'm not defensive at all. I don't think this section is the right place for you.
Start doing two hours a day and you'll start noticing something in a couple of months.
Very untrue, I started being serious in my workout about 3 months ago, and I could feel it changing every single week.
