Not trying to be a dick but is there something wrong with your chest? It almost looks like you have that deformity where the chest looks sunken in. Either that or your abs just make your chest look even smaller.
But anyway, just eat a lot of food, get on a beginner's lifting program like Starting Strength or 5x5 and just keep at it.

It's cool. I see what you mean. But the pic makes it look a lot worse. It dips in slightly. It's because I'm quite skinny in that area it looks bad.
I eat A LOT of food. I just don't put all that much weight on. I'll go on some beginner stuff. My brother has a bunch of weight lifting stuff as well as other gear.... Rowing machine, perfect push-up (I find that good).
That's not going to help build mass. It will make you more emaciated.

Breakfast - Cereal (Lots of sugar), Toast with Jam and butter, Tea. If I have donuts or muffins in or stuff like that I will have that too.
Lunch - If I go into the village for lunch - Burger... Chips, Bottle of pepsi, some chocolates, crisps and sweets.
If I go to the canteen - Usually they have a big meal their. Different things every day. I always have a pudding, orange juice and two muffins.
At afternoon registration I have a packet of crisps or something.
When I get back from school I have Tea or coffee, Biscuits, donut maybe.
Dinner - Usually for dinner my mum makes chicken or some kind of meat, Potatoes (I always have mayonnaise with them), Vegetables. Sometimes we have other meals... Italians... Asian food.
I usually snack out through the night... Few cups of tea, Biscuits.
I play football some nights...

Lol, you think you can gain weight eating that and going to the gym "Now and then", if I have learnt anything about nutrition in my month of learning, it's that people always say that they eat a lot, it's, I have so many friends who say that they are skinny due to a "Fast metabolism" and they "Always eat", but in actual fact, their metabolism is no different from mine and they're eating 2000 calories a day, and that's composed of cake and shit. Fuck, i'm fairly high body fat and I eat at least 2500 calories.
