LOL BROOO, my METABOLISM is "fast as shit" and im a hard gainer.
Heres my diet,
In the morning, i eat 2 oatmeal packets, with a chopped up peach in them (around 300 calories) I also drink a gainer shake, composing of 1 scoop of gainer protein powder, a glass of whole milk, and strawberries.
The shake alone equals around 1000-1200 calories.
Then, i go to school, sleep in my first block, 2nd block i lift, right after i lift, i eat a pb ' j sandwich on wheat bread, which equals out to 400 calories, then i drink a gatorade, so round it to 500.
Go home, get a glass of milk with a sandwich, thats around 500 calories right there, give or take 100.
Dinner, i usually eat 2 baked potatoes, a chunk of grilled meat, and drizzle it all in butter and cheese, with a glass of milk.
Thats around 700 calories - 900 calories for my dinner, and before i go to sleep i drink a gainer shake.
Your not eating " a ton"

jar of peenut buter a day u get lots of protein u wil gane rly fast
Funny thing I was actually being serious. That's my meal plan.
No clue how much I'm getting protein-wise, I can give an estimate though of 3000, give or take, in carbs.
Might be 2500, at the moment I'm stationary so even if I were on 2000 it doesn't matter.
I hate people that say "I eat a shit ton of food and never get fat, so I can't gain any weight."
Breakfast - Cereal (Lots of sugar), Toast with Jam and butter, Tea. If I have donuts or muffins in or stuff like that I will have that too.
Lunch - If I go into the village for lunch - Burger... Chips, Bottle of pepsi, some chocolates, crisps and sweets.
If I go to the canteen - Usually they have a big meal their. Different things every day. I always have a pudding, orange juice and two muffins.
At afternoon registration I have a packet of crisps or something.
When I get back from school I have Tea or coffee, Biscuits, donut maybe.
Dinner - Usually for dinner my mum makes chicken or some kind of meat, Potatoes (I always have mayonnaise with them), Vegetables. Sometimes we have other meals... Italians... Asian food.
I usually snack out through the night... Few cups of tea, Biscuits.
I play football some nights...
You should really try protein.

Just as bad as the "I never eat anything, I can't lose weight" people.
I'd love to switch metabolism with someone, I love eating.
Assumed by default that the excessive use of z's was sarcasm. I revoke my smartass statement
Anyway, I purchased a preacher/bicep curl bar a few days ago, and worked out with it and today (2 days after) my left arm on the underside hurts like a bitch, Nothing was injured as far as I can tell, I'm aware it is supposed to hurt as I am damaging the muscles, my question is should i work out on it again or should I wait a day or two more for the pain to subside to begin working on biceps again.
Is this good?
For breakfast: 4 Eggs and 2 pieces of toast along with a glass of milk.
For break at school: A small bag of trail mix.
For Lunch at school: A bag of trail mix, a chicken sandwich, dried fruit and for a drink, lots of water.
After school: I go home and make a protein shake with 2 percent milk. (2 scoops of protein, 52 G) (Right after i work out at school)
Dinner: Whatever my mom makes, usually contains lots of beef or chicken and 99 percent of the time rice and some other stuff (Vegetables, etc). And i drink milk with it.
And that's basically it. Anything i should add?
if it works for you then yes

Why the hell do people look for consistency in an inconsistent life? I mean, consistency of the actions is good in terms of body-building and structure. But you're not doing the exact same activities everyday of your life, but yet you want to eat the same everyday.
Make it simple - eat whenever you can, max 4 hours of not eating, ideally is 2 hours (personal opinion). Every 2 hours. Simple/complex carbs and some sort of protein. That's it.

If you're trying to keep that diet going for longer than a week you're going to get bored as fuck, it's going to get old or you'll break it. Keep the healthy shit and throw out other stuff, change your life not just your immediate diet.
