I need to buy some weights, looking hawwwt braws.
What do you mean by 8x3? 8 Sets of 3? or 3 Sets of 8?
8x3 means 8 lot's of 3, you know, like the sum. But I don't really see why you would do 8 sets of 3 for an exercise if i'm honest.

Your basically my size, except i think i weigh 10 pounds more, and hit about exactly what you hit.

But its so weird since my DL is rising as it should, my squat progresses much slower, but thats that and ill just keep training my ass off each workout day!
