I was talking to my friend (who is 15, turning 16 in about 4 months) He currently benches 225, weighs 140, squats around 440. Oh and that bastard is sponsored in MMA for featherweight, and has 58 grand saved up over the past year from sponosorships. WHY AM I NO BLESSED FROM IMAGINARY DEITY.

Avg 226lbs past 3 days. Swag. Muscle memory is awesome. Brb couldn't walk squatting 225x3x5. brb legs not even sore squatting 315x3 for 3 sets.
