I need some help. I've started getting pains in my left elbow after doing lying triceps extensions with dumbbells. Anyone know any good substitute exercises I can do, or should I wait until it's healed?
It will probably never heal as you expect it. Elbow pain could be a result of a faulty shoulder, look around google and find alternatives according to your needs.
Just checked it out a bit more and trying to find where it hurts/sore. It seems like some kind of tendon pain. I think it has to do with over-use, since I practice drums 1-3 hours a day(which uses the same kind of motion as the triceps extensions) and go to the gym. I'll just take it easy the next weeks and stretch out more.
warm the area well, and go with a lot of easy feel sets so there your elbows can get lubricated n shit.
