Do a normal routine or I'll shit on your grave.
Well, a friend of mine started training together, and the personal trainer said we should do this for 3 weeks, and then go to 12 reps And we are training our whole body, but my legs aren't that strong so I kept the stats for them out
bullshit unbased advice. BUILD FOUNDATIONS, STRENGTH, Then start worrying how the skin around a well built and challenged (and experienced) muscle should look. This should be your mentality. Every time a person chooses to compromise something for the sake of being considered normal in society, that's when another flame of potential fades along with the rest of that normative world you know. Fuck beliefs and conceptions of reality, it's individual and you should do your own research. It's only considered normal behaviour after a lunatic tried to break the impossible and normal pace of life. You've got to set goals on paper, aesthetically and strength-wise, then start building around this. You'll know what to do... especially with the immense amount of brilliant people here.

basically stuff happened and now i want a guitar . this would be my first guitar and it seems that the epiphone d310 sg is what i want. i have no idea what amp to get or how to connect it to the amp or even plug headphones so anything you could help with that would be nice
For your first guitar you want an electric one? Not such a bad Idea, but I'd start with a very cheap classic one. I say this, as most people have the motivation at start, then go UHunUnFJNJSDFNSDF fuck this and throw away money and their enthusiasm. Start small, learn the basics, and if you do want a guitar you'll eventually get that one. general info; guitars, as with clothing, have brands. You can get an awesome guitar and it will be considered "garbage". Buy what you can, not what's best because that's up for debate, especially for the novice user.
Being honest, if I had started with a classical guitar, I would have quit playing guitar soon after. I was really only into classic rock, progressive metal and blazing solos, something I couldn't have played with a classical guitar. You just gotta ask yourself are you going to put your time and effort into practicing, and you got to realize you aren't gonna play like petrucci after a week of practising. With classical guitar you mostly can't play frets over 12 which is fucking annoying. There is no sustain, you practically can't make pinch harmonics, tapping and hammer-ons are really quiet without strong compression. Epiphones are mmkay, do the job for a beginner. Although some cheaper epis I've tried have had mics with a quite bad response. I haven't been following the cheaper end for an awhile. They generally have a good resell value in case you want to upgrade or if you want to quit playing. Roland and line6 make nice and versatile combo amps for the price. 75 watts should be more than enough. But I've been using a Line6 pod x3 preamp/multieffect /amp modeler trough a 40 year old vinyl player tube amp for 3 years and it sounds much better than most of what i've heard. It's great for recording too. There are also some cheaper models available. And whether you are going to take lessons or not, the Guitar pro-tablature software is a must. You can get literally every single song as .gp-file from 911tabs.com and play along the track, slow it down and break harder parts in pieces. There's free a demo available.
Obviously it's fucking annoying when you bought a guitar which style you don't like to play. I love spanish, flamnco bullshit so I really love the ability to smack the strings. Still, with the right classic guitar (one that allows above 12 fret playing) and quality strings, you could solve all of the problems you mentioned.
noice thanks guys, at a christmas party eating like a modafak

Can't beat the price of a "brand" manufactured acoustic... I'd go with a simple acoustic, whatever brand, good strings and be done with this. off-topic, done deal.
not done deal f u ill kill you i want an electric because of the range of sounds it has aswell as the customization and how i can play them at night!!!!!
pm fuck tard

Walking where it hurts will make you stronger. It's how much you can take, not how much you're right now.
Going to get me some new before pictures, as i'm either continuing strength or starting bodybuilding. I'm in a bit of a tight spot, I would like to gain mass, and the PT at my gym says hypertrophy is the way to go at my level. But some people on this subforum say strength, which would definetly give me a hell of a lot less trouble, just sticking with the same program. Will maybe do the same strength but add in some compound and isolation exercises with a high rep range around it.
