It is nothing that will impair my workouts, was just a FUARK MY SHOULDER moment in the gym and for roughly one hour after the gym.
Was just OHPing a lot of weight and I guess I fucked up somewhere.

are these in pounds? because that means you're benching 120kg, and curling 68kg.

Awww yeeeeeah, I've made it to sub 100kg since I last weighed myself on the 23rd of December, I am now 99kg.
My stats:
Bodyfat%: 20%
Bench: 105kg
Squat: 140kg
Deadlift: 120kg
Curl: 20kg, I still can't go much more because I've got problems with my forearms.
So fucking amped :D

i can only manage to preacher curl 50kg for 3 reps, I can't imagine how ridiculous 68kg would be. shit i don't know anyone who can do that.
even him benching 120kg is crazy. my brother who has the chest of a beast can only do 120kg for 3 reps.

straight bar is a lot harder, especially with no swing
knew a kid who could curl 135 on a barbell for probably 15-20 reps. Kid was huge as fuck.
this was at 16 years old too.
imo straight bar is easier. I don't really like preacher curls.
