For triceps I usually do skulls, close grip bench, weighted dips, or tricep extensions. What would you suggest specifically for my routine?

No, I don't do them all in one work out session. Those are usually the ones I stick to when I do work triceps. It depends on what I feel needs work. I'll PM you my routine at some point.

it was 1am and no one was in the gym so i took a photo of myself because yeah my legs are far behind in comparison to my upper body i know. probably because i didn't work out my legs seriously until recently which is dumb. i have been hitting that squat rack hard recently though i pRomiSE ! it's a 24hour gym. you use a key card to get in whenever you want. shit is very convenient. i was busy the whole day and came home late but i didn't feel like missing out on gym and i wasn't tired so i went at 12 problem (???) superior 24hr gym master race.
