#1 you do all of those in one workout? if so, sets + reps please
#2 give me your current and full routine and I'll see what you MAY need in the pulling department.
No, I don't do them all in one work out session. Those are usually the ones I stick to when I do work triceps. It depends on what I feel needs work.

it was 1am and no one was in the gym so i took a photo of myself because yeah
my legs are far behind in comparison to my upper body i know. probably because i didn't work out my legs seriously until recently which is dumb. i have been hitting that squat rack hard recently though i pRomiSE !

How is the gym still open at 1am, and why the fuck even train at that hour.
it's a 24hour gym. you use a key card to get in whenever you want. shit is very convenient.
i was busy the whole day and came home late but i didn't feel like missing out on gym and i wasn't tired so i went at 12 problem (???)
