update on lifting progress. Can now curl 150, now benching 265. Havoc has made me insanely strong in the 3 weeks that I've been taking it, as well as adding substantial muscle mass. Gained 5 pounds since I started doing Havoc.

It just looks like a minor case to me. The insertions are a bit more spread out than usual which is usually an indicator.

Pick things up and put them down. Stronglifts 5x5 and Starting Strength are good beginner routines.
