save your legs by not doing any leg work? how does that make any sense....
Pulled groin. Squats and leg stuff irritates it. That and I want to be fresh for competitions. I only got a couple meets left and I need to make the most out of them.

Depending on the competition, doing leg work would be beneficial to performance...
but if you pulled your groin... fuu

At this point it's really not. It affects my energy for practice, since legs are a huge part of throwing.
Very nice ! But your bench is approaching your squat. Squat more !
I neglected legs for quite a while. My squat/DL have been improving pretty rapidly.
@sp00ks around 5' 5-6"
Age:15
BW: 165
Height: 5'10
Squat: 295x5
Dead: 335x5
Bench: 195x5
Haven't maxed because I'm still progressing on SS (also why my maxes are in 5 reps).
Great stats for your age & weight !

Thanks guys :> SS does wonders to you if you start low, eat shit tons, and sleep lots.
But my gains are nothing compared to my friend http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136864013&page=11
He is 15 also and at his last PL lift he squatted 585, benched 305, pulled 585. Fking 1475 total... he set some records for his age and weight group.

So comparing yourself to other people. There's no point in it, you will always find some stronger or aesthetically more pleasing than you.

I find that it motivates me to lift harder and train smarter. I understand what you mean though, but wonderful things will happen if you give it your all in the gym and OUTSIDE of the gym (eating/resting).
Ur friend is juiced for sure lol.
I assume those are geared records, right?
I doubt he is geared, he was about 210lbs during the meet with a bit of bodyfat which he wouldn't have had if he was on gear. He just eats soo much... read his log if you want to see a bit. Also you can check his YT channel. He has a video of the 585 squat right here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144057811
EDIT: Here is the meet results page, http://www.southernpowerlifting.com/contest_results.php?id=217
they got his numbers wrong also, I know for 100% that it was 585, 305, 585. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144174821

From what I understand he is juicing, and thats one of the reason's he made those forums, so that members from bb.com can openly discuss AAS/PH's without getting banned.
New DL max today. 335x2. Only 75lbs away from the 1000lb club.
