It's mostly a lot of different pushup variations. I've also recently started doing pullups/chinups.
I try to change it up and sometimes throw some dips and cardio into the mix.
I'm by no means knowledgeable on BW routines, mostly get my stuff from other sites and youtube videos.

It gets a bad rap from people abusing it/exaggerating stories but DNP renders long cuts obsolete. Starting my first run of it in the coming weeks.

Yeah, I'll definitely try to log it. Seems like there's few good before/after pics of DNP. However, since I work, I might not be just blasting it like most people do. Will probably run a low dose for a few weeks, blasting when I have multiple days off.

Functional or structural Scoliosis? Also, was it professionally diagnosed? It could be shoulder related....

It's functional, thank god, but I have been diagnosed with it at a hospital because my parents were worried about my height being affected by it(I'm 5'8). I'm looking at about a (previously)17 degree curvature in my lower lumbar, so when I stand, the right side of my hip is raised about an inch higher than the left side. I can't put as much stress on it, as I get lower back pain pretty easily.
On the bright side, my constant stretching and back straightening exercises are really helping. My last x-ray showed a decrease down to 14 degrees. With consistency and any luck, I'll be in the single digits by the end of next year.

Maucer, do you find it easier to deadlift in the traditional form or sumo style?
Sumo is much easier for my lower back. I can lift almost as much with traditional form but with shit tech.
At first sumo was a little harder + I was having pain in my pelvis and groin but now it's gone.
I think i'll give it a shot. I've hit a bit of a plateau with my DL. Currently at 365lbs for my 1rm. Trying to get to at least 450 by the end of summer.
Plateau? Did you try deloading? maybe adding more exercises, changing your workout a bit... a plateau is a very big word.
Also, sumo uses a shorter range of motion.. easier on the back. What are your goals, Maucer?
I decided I'm going to take progress pictures and a video the same time every month. I've already lost quite a bit of weight, but I'm still about 30lbs over. I expect to make a video when I reach my goals and show my transformation. I'm lifting also. So excited!

At the moment I'm aiming for strength only. Looking for a finnish raw competition in the summer/autumn that's not arranged by some roid-federation. The finnish powerlifting association under IPF rules does not arrange many raw competitions, but there was the first finnish raw championships for juniors a few months ago and I'm probably gonna join it next year. Would be cool to hit 3.5x bw deadlift and 500kg total in a competition.
I'm not really sure if I should try to cut to 66kg (men, <20) class, at least for one competition and pwn every few competitor there is or aim to 74kg class where there's more competitors. I probably can't win by total in the higher weight class, but I can already get the 74kg class deadlift record that is 222.5kg. Currently 470kg / 1032 lbs total and 150lb /68kg bw on low carbs, morning weight. I haven't tried a new squat pr for a long time but my weights have now gone up much.

not just yet, otherwise i'd be showing abs too. still a few months left til the hot seasons arrive so i'm not going hard out on the cardio just yet. i only do abs like twice a week and cardio once a week in winter.
