what was your starting weight compared to current?
last year when i joined the gym i weighed 70 now i weigh 72 lol. i've been in the gym for almost a year now. [editline]29th June 2012[/editline] i don't understand though, i look twice as big now (i think!) than i did last year but i'm only 2kg lighter. my peak was 74.5kg sometime last year though. (also my height is 172cm before anyone asks)
At the moment I'm aiming for strength only. Looking for a finnish raw competition in the summer/autumn that's not arranged by some roid-federation. The finnish powerlifting association under IPF rules does not arrange many raw competitions, but there was the first finnish raw championships for juniors a few months ago and I'm probably gonna join it next year. Would be cool to hit 3.5x bw deadlift and 500kg total in a competition. I'm not really sure if I should try to cut to 66kg (men, <20) class, at least for one competition and pwn every few competitor there is or aim to 74kg class where there's more competitors. I probably can't win by total in the higher weight class, but I can already get the 74kg class deadlift record that is 222.5kg. Currently 470kg / 1032 lbs total and 150lb /68kg bw on low carbs, morning weight. I haven't tried a new squat pr for a long time but my weights have now gone up much. I can't do a radical mma-style weight cut cause the weighing is always 30 mins before competition.
I'd stay at the same weight class. Going below 10% would probably reduce performance as you've said...

Congrats :) Did my little eye notice Kyphosis and Forward Head Posture?
neither i guess, just camera angles and my poses
You guess?
i've never had any back problems or problems with posture in general i actually have never heard of those two conditions before
Guys, I have a bigger pec than the other. Halp?
Guys, I have a bigger pec than the other. Halp?
8/10 I would dare say you have postural problems. Fix that, run fewer sets on stronger side and keep going.
How do you fix your posture?
Asses and Correct. Buy it or PM me.

188 kg's. sick!

I don't see how he looks like a douche lol, he benched 415 and got hyped after hitting a huge ass lift..
Guys, I have a bigger pec than the other. Halp?
Very few people have a fully symmetric chest. Although, a good thing would be a lot incline chest flyers, pullovers and cable crossovers.

did 515 deadlift for like 3 and a half the other day. gotta work on my form still was struggling to keep it up on the last half rep but shit feels good
Hmm stats.. -5'11 and can dunk solidly (84cm jump height no real training aside from basketball). -Never gone Gym. -Weight: 70Kg -Can do a solid 15 steady chin-ups no leg momentum. -10.71s 100m BUT: My abdominals are uneven and I've decided it's finally time to start gymming once my exams are over. ALSO: I have like an indent in between my pecks that I swear appeared like a couple months ago...I've never had that collapsed rib cage thing before. You can sort of see it in the photos. (I assume the indent is created not from bone depression but because my pecks at that point rise 2+cm off my chest and the small muscles immediately below have a similar rise; but that didn't happen overnight either?) How do I fix my abs and get a really fucking solid core?
Uneven abs is purely genetic, you will never be able to change it.
Uneven abs is purely genetic, you will never be able to change it.
no i mean like whats the most effective form of abdominal exercises that will even out my abs, making them symmetrical.
no i mean like whats the most effective form of abdominal exercises that will even out my abs, making them symmetrical.
he just said you can't
