The squat is very good ! How does your usual work set look like?
[QUOTE=RedReaper;37680942]I've never posted here so go easy on me. Not good at pictures. Only supplements I take are zinc, and occasionally creatine/whey.

my max squat isn't even half of that lol how embarassing
IDK if I believe your squat is so high but your bench is so low. You got any leg pics? Are you sure you're squatting low enough?
Im 5'8
Sw: 201lbs
CW: 148.5lbs
Gw: 140ish?

Nice, what's your max squat?
Hopefully right to left and not the other way? (strong bulk)
that feel when you actually feel accomplished for finally benching 135 for 10 reps
and then the skinniest asian guy you've ever seen does it as a warmup
;-;
I can squat WAY more than I can bench. I used to be able to bench sixty pounds (shut up) when I was a freshman. When I got to be a sophomore, it somehow got to twenty pounds (shut up). I can still squat one hundred pounds pretty easy, though. I could probably do two hundred if I don't mind my legs hurting all fucking month.
I'm fat, so shut up.

i may sound like an asshole but 20 pounds how
i could understand 40 pounds if you were new and havent worked out before.

Nah, it's good. I honestly have no fucking clue. I never really worked out before I could bench sixty, so I don't know why it would make a difference.
Strong I'm pretty sure a 4th grader could do 40lbs
are you sure you aren't including the bar? The bar weighs 45lbs.
that would still only be 85lbs doe l0l

I think the bars at my school weigh twenty. So in reality, I can probably bench thirty lol.
Are you sure you're not confusing pounds with kilos? I can imagine 40 kilos if you're just starting. 40 pounds just sound way too low.
Also I'm pretty happy how my body has developed the last couple of months, I feel like I've finally gotten over a bump and I'm progressing quite nicely.
Codeine cups and the pictures still vivid...
Do you guys think bruises affect muscle strenght/recovery?

I started at 45 lbs freshman year for like 6 reps. I only weighed around 85 lbs.

Been a hell of a long time since I posted here in WTF.
Crazy year of ups and downs, mostly downs but I've pushed past it as much as I could.
Stats so far:
Height: 165cm
Weight: 102.5kg
BF%: Not sure, somewhere between 20% and 25%, still really fat.
Bench 1RM: 105kg
Squat 1RM: 120kg
Deadlift 1RM: 140kg
That's kinda what I have going right now. Still got a long way to go. Got myself a good calorie deficit diet. Still can't get myself to take a picture of myself, fuck.
No leg pics right now (I'm waiting to get a new phone in the mail with a better camera, no more potatopics woot), but when they tested my bodyfat at my weight lifting class the teacher only got 1mm off my upper thighs (I'm 8.5% bodyfat. I dont think I look it though. :< )
Squat has been tested as one rep, with a back brace. I'm going fairly low, but I have a bad lower back so I can't quite go all the way to olympic form. Two to 2 1/2 pegs on a rack. The muscles handle it fine, but the joints just won't take it and even with very light weights my back gets really sharp pains and spasms when I bend too low. That's why I can't do deads.
I do a lot of 5x5s, they won't get you ripped but they will make you fucking strong like ox. Usually my workout is a 5x5 bench @ 170-190/squat @ 380-400 or squat press @ 650, with pullups, 40 pounds on the ab coaster, and rapid 40-pound freeweight curls. Lots of low rep/high weight stuff.

wtf 85 lbs
How the fuck did you weigh 38kg at that age? Did you have the body size of a 10 year old boy? Not trying to be mean or anything, but that's just ludicrous! I'm sure you must be proud of what you've achieved so far, I'm pretty impressed by everyone in WTF who makes an attempt at improving their quality of life, anyway.

1mm wtf I seriously doubt that. That means a single layer of skin is a little over ~0.5mm, and that's as thin as the thinnest skin layer humans have, around their eyes. He didn't measure the whole tissue and only pinched the surface.
I'm probably around 9% or something and I can pinch like a cm from my thigs
i'm probably around fat and i can pinch a lot from my thighs

Well this is me...
17 years old
1.90 cm high.
144 lbs
Maxes
BF%: No clue, not much i guess...
Bench: 120lbs
Squat: 180lbs
Deadlift: 270lbs
My legs are really strong, compared to my upperbody and the reason for that is my kickboxing excersise i went to for about 2 years. I also did alot of Down-hill mountain bicycling and to get down-hill you must bicycle up first. So that pretty much covers up why my legs are so much stronger compared. But now im currently working on my upperbody in focus.

This is like a month in of lifting when I was 14.
Having a naturally small frame and being skinny as fuck = 85lbs.
