Nice work its shortie! How long have you been lifting now?
Also today I decided to bench with a bar, something I haven't done in months. Been using dumbbells since I haven't had a gym buddy for a while and no one to spot. My mate was there today so I got him to spot me and managed 4 sets of 8 reps lifting 60kg. Which is a big accomplishment for me since last time I benched I could barely get 5 reps of 50 kg in a few sets. I am happy.
Its been 5 years since that pic and I'm 19 now. I've probably only been seriously lifting for 3 1/2-4 years. I kinda bullshitted around on the first one.
Sup guys?
If I posted a picture of myself, would some of you be able to tell me what I need to work on?
I've been working out for half a year, so I still lack a lot of knowledge.

I get it all the time. Hell, if I was a girl, i'd fuck me.
Okay I'm not the best at taking pictures nor the best at posing.
It should give a decent picture of how look after half a year though;

Your entire body p. much
you're like the gang at my Gym (4 or 5 people) that has worked out for a good while and they still weigh like 140 Lbs (it's insane) and they still use the same weights. They don't even eat anything because they think it makes them fat. You should just eat ALOT more.
Mmh.. Not to seem demanding or anything, but could you please explain SL5x5 to me?

That's not totally true.
I've started eating 6 big meals a day just recently and I'm not afraid of turning fat.
The rest is pretty much true. >_<
yeah dude, if anything you need to fix your diet first but it seems like you're handling that. changing your body is all about diet.
Awesome, for how long should I be doing that?
Thanks a lot brah.
That's all I needed to know for now! :D

Don't have very accurate STATISTICS as I'm aiming for hypertrophy and haven't done any one rep max's for quite some time.
I was thinking of doing some maybe this Sunday so I may update if I remember.
Squatted 225 for a set of 7, was pretty easy. Could have hit more, and it was my 5th work set. Pretty sure i can squat like 305 right now.
Bench, probably at 165 right now, cleans, 160. i weigh 149 on a creatine cycle. Trynna hit 200 on bench by feb
Hello, first time I post in this part of forums.
I spend a lot of time in front of the computer, and had some trouble with my right arm. So this summer I decided to swim and thought that could help. After a month and a half I ended up being capable of swimming for 2 km(in the sea) without a break, then taking a break and return home swimming. A big accomplishment for a guy whose biggest physical activity was going to the toilet :P
I would like to keep this extra energy and build a bit of muscles now.
Age: 24
Height: 180 cm
Weight: 76 kg
This is me two weeks after the last swim:

This is my equipment. I bought this thing when I was in highschool, but never really used it. I only have 25kg of weights (+ lifting bar is around 5kg).
I plan to buy more weights, but those things were quite expensive last time I checked :O

If somebody knows a bit more about this stuff, can you write me some "starters" program I could do on my bench ? And what should I eat ? I think the student mess hall wont do me no good :P
Buy a pair of dumbbells, more plates. Also, the bar is 8kg.
Do something like SL for 6 months and start adjusting it according to what you want.
Bodyrecomposition.com, he's got a 6 part guide for beginners. Check it out.
LOL actually maxed yesterday, bench went from 160 to 175, squat was at 270
pretty good, i weigh 150 on a full loaded creatine cycle.

Afraid I'd ruin my knees, the sides get sore.
cool story bro. Seriously, why do your knees cave in towards the end and what's the point in using such a shit range of motion just for the sake of the weight?
Was my 4th set so really tired. Didn't think to record at first. Also at the end that's more of a "fuck it" thing.

part is perspective, i'm actually going to the machine's stops.

u liftan cause im gonna be ur gym bro babby
Wish my gym had bumper-plates, so I could throw them to the floor after a C&J.
I kind of just sporadically threw some plates on the bar. I had 1 metal 45 2 rubber 45s and a 25 bumper lol
Just boosted my snatch to 50kg's today. Not bad for 2 weeks. Funny thing is that I thought it was 45kg's at first, but found out after the lift it was 50.
Perfumly, should be wearing a belt bro. Don't wanna fuck up your back.
No, he shouldn't. fuck that shit
