how2
3+ years of working out, every workout i'd increase the weight even if i felt like i couldn't do it (which was most of the time). 3 years of increasing the weight by even 5 pounds every time i do deadlifts or squats = you get some heavy ass weights eventually. if you`re pushing like 230 on bench and do that for 3 weeks because you can only get 5 reps out of it and instead of increasing the weight you want to increase the reps to 6-8, you ain`t gonna be lifting as heavy as me any time soon. if i was pushing 230, even if i could only get 5 reps i`d increase the weight the next week. unless my reps drop down to like 3 or something then just increase that shit

i don't get why some people don't even squat once in a while or something. You don't need to get massive legs, but that shit is just ridiculous.
even cycling or sprinting would keep your legs looking at least fit

Search 'big mama'
I only recently started the gym and changed my diet to fit what i needed, but before then i barely ate anything, I had one meal a day usually a ready meal or a pizza and tons of juice, i dont drink alcohol or smoke this is what i look like today. Living alone aswell and having my job kinda got me lazy with the whole diet thing. I'll be lurking here, asking a few questions if anyones up for answering some guy, i really just wanan beef up, get a nice body going because mine physically disgusts me at this current time for some reason, i just wanna get nice arms, legs and a body. And if i enjoy it i'll go further like you lads but i'll see how it goes. Will post results of two months when i can.
^ please follow a routine rather than figuring shit out at the gym. Always rep heavier after each session and focus like fuark. Dont be afraid to get a spotter. Dont pussy out but dont use weights that are too heavy. The list goes on. You'd make more progress by telling us about your goal, routine, diet and keeping us updated. Well i pretty much been following this guide for diet http://4chanfit.wikia.com/wiki/Harsh%27s_Worksheet_(WIP) I started the gym and mine comes with a coach and spotter staff that will help you with diet, exericse and such. To be fair the first picture in this thread is how i really wanna get to to start with After that, i was a prominent six pack and make my arms a bit bigger, than after i reached my goal of that i'll continue on going.
good looks detailed enough...

I bet your pubes ain't any better...

Managed to DL 5 reps of 110 kg, 4 reps 115 kg and then 1 rep of 120 kg. I'm pretty happy with my overall strength gain as I use to struggle on 100 kg just a couple weeks ago.
am i the only one here who doesn't maintain their strength very well? Like, at all?
am i the only one here who doesn't maintain their strength very well? Like, at all?
Like not being able to bench 385 lbs? Yeah I know that feel.
yes. last week I was cleaning 60kg no problem right after I finished my squats yesterday I was struggling on 55kg and I didn't do any exercises prior :( i too, know that feel
everyone has days where they just feel like shit and are weak as hell. feels bad but sometimes it's your bodies way of telling you to take a break and possibly deload
