IE I was benching 305x2 a few months away from the end of my junior year, can barely get 225 for 4 right now.
i've been looking through some of the old 'Weightlifting/Bodybuilding Thread's and trying to find some progress pics from years ago so here's what i've got so far, middle pic is around the beginning of 2011 and right pic is the 28th of june 2012 (10kg difference) [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/rrlVH.jpg[/IMG] i finally started taking care of my diet after the last pic and also started doing cardio. ill take a progress pic at the end of the year to see how successful my cut has been also looking back on the old threads some of you guys have made some amazing progress, it's great to see the regulars here transform over the years.

Are you training them or?[/QUOTE] thanks mate. i keep a fair balance between forearms and bis in my arm exercises, although now that you mention it they do look kinda small. i'd hate to pull the angle card but i think it's just the angle haha, at least i think it is. i'll have to take a proper arm flex pic next time. also one of back, abs, and legs once i get more shredded!

But I have gained size and a positive side is that our body fat usually remains quite low. I'm at 9% now and I'm not even on a diet. I eat a lot of junk!

6ft 5" 19 stone 8 pounds. I'm overweight, but I went to the gym today and enjoyed it a surprising amount. I used to play rugby and basketball a ridiculous amount so I'm no stranger to exercise, just totally let myself go. Looking to get fit again though.

The fact that you're 187 cm and only weighing at 72 kgs should also alarm you a bit. You need to be, at the minimum, 15 more kilos heavier before deciding you want to be lean.
There's no alarm. Some go naturally at around 9-10% bodyfat and some don't, doesn't necessarily mean he's sick. If he's got a decent diet going on, then it's fine.
I didn't mean anorexic in that sense, I just mean he's pretty underdeveloped in many areas. Personally I think he needs to reform his routine & diet but I don't know his routine & diet so maybe not. It's up to him in the end.

It's up to him in the end.[/QUOTE] sample diet: 150 g oatmeal w/ milk and a sliced banana some nuts etc or some skyr ( yoghurt like, low fat hi protein ) usually a baguette / sandwich or some lean meat if they have it in the canteen some oatmeal or chikkin breast when I get home, down that with pre workout shake, thats some whey and some MP assault then go to gym when I get home theres usually dinner, vegetables, pasta, meat, whatever. aaand then before I go to bed I either eat some skyr, cottage cheese or maybe one or two eggs. requires measuring everything, controlling your intake, measuring how much you weigh constantly.... goodbye life. also, it's bullshit because depending on how you do it, controlling your intake is somewhat limiting your gains as well.
