I'm not cutting btw, I just stay lean, some of you guys misunderstood that.
I understood that perfectly.e
Dude, nice work, but saying you eat like shit isn't an excuse. I indulge myself often, frequently find myself exceeding my macros when cutting and am almost always under my 180g of protein target. Yet I look like I lift and you look like a fucking skeleton.
The difference may be I cut down to abs from being fat so have broader mass anyway, but doubtless, don't fucking ignore everyone here. You remind me of that one kid that reckons he's pretty hench but is actually dyel (which, newsflash you are).
My stats are currently; 6ft sitting at 75kg. I'm only a little heavier than you but look immensely bigger. Take everyones advice here and bulk, whether it be ramping up your cleanbulk (which I agree, is a good way to stay relatively lean yet build muscle, its what I'm doing) or by going full dirtybulk or even gomad to quickly add mass. People your size always say "oh I cant put on muscle", well fgt listen up; its because you don't eat as much as you think you do. If you are eating just till you feel full you aren't eating enough, if you are serious about adding mass you need to eat till bloated as fuark and feel occaisonally nauseous.

and yeah I know I'm skinny, I've always been- gaining for me is hard as fuck ( don't gimme that eat more shit, 2 years ago I was eating nothing else than junk, and loads of it. )
If you're not seeing any progress in muscle and weight gain you should definitely increase that. 2 years ago I was 6' and weighed 60 kg. I was underweight man. Now I'm 85 kg at 6' and staying pretty lean for summer (only started seriously working out and looking at diet last 6 months). I'm still working to get my abs popping, my goal is by December, but if I did what you're doing now I would still be weighing at about 70 kg or less.
If you're looking for proper progress you've gotta eat more. You will lose your abs for a little bit, but it sure as heck will look a lot better than your form now.

Just realized how much I unintentionally cut from the beginning of summer when I stopped lifting to now.
From 205lbs to about 185 and I'm stronger now than I was before. Not a relaxed pic like I usually do, but no pahmp.
left picture you weigh 205 and the right one is 185?
you got leaner that's for sure, not sure about getting more muscular though. Also, why do you show your pubes constantly is that like a facebook shot ?
I just wear my undies SUPER LOW all the time
and yeh. I think my delts and chest got a bit bigger but maybe that's just lower bodyfat.
is it even your goal, to get bigger? i see you talking about strength, not size.
I like getting stronger more than I like getting bigger, but I also want to get a little bit bigger. 270 BP 1rm isn't bad for my height/weight doe. End goal is around 190-200lbs and 6-8% bodyfat

Legs are fine, shave though
Extremely good shoulders
Shitty traps
Keep at it, whats ur shoulder routine and how much have u been training
thanks
i'm not flexing my traps in that photo, or anything really. here's an earlier post with better progress photos and proper flexing. i agree though i still need to work more on my traps anyway.
i've been looking through some of the old 'Weightlifting/Bodybuilding Thread's and trying to find some progress pics from years ago
so here's what i've got so far, middle pic is around the beginning of 2011 and right pic is the 28th of june 2012 (10kg difference)

i finally started taking care of my diet after the last pic and also started doing cardio. ill take a progress pic at the end of the year to see how successful my cut has been
also looking back on the old threads some of you guys have made some amazing progress, it's great to see the regulars here transform over the years.
been going to a gym and taking it seriously since july 2011.
before that i've been working out in my garage with a bench and a few dumbbells for almost a year. it wasn't anything serious though, 3 muscle groups a day sort of thing, 3-4 days a week. my gains were pretty slow at the time and i was really limited in gym equipment and motivation. i go to the gym 7 times a week now. 6 of those days consisting of normal strength training + a bit of cardio or abs at the end, and 1 day consisting of just abs and cardio.
[editline]12th November 2012[/editline]
my shoulder routine varies from time to time, but usually it looks something like this:
- dumbbell shoulder press 3x8
- arnold press 3x10
- seated military press 3x10
- lateral raise looking exercise but you're keeping your arms bent at 90 degrees? forgot what it's called, 3x12
- barbell upright rows 3x8
- barbell shrugs + dropset of plated shrugs, 4x8
- and to finish off something with a high amount of reps and dropsets, usually on the military press machine or lateral raises
I see. thanks for the input
no problem

Not flexing abs at all(they're somewhat visible when flexing) , I think I'm about 12-13% BF
Your arms look way too big for the rest of your body.
I have like 6 inch wrists, 11 inch forearms and only 13 inch arms.... dunno why they look so big
Probably due to bicep insertions and your bicep length
