Ht: 4'9
Wt: 94.6 lbs
Starting weight: 103 lbs November 2012.
I'll take some pictures as soon as I get rid of this fever and can manage to get out of bed.
I was going to write something about eating disorder/anorexia but then I realized how tiny 4`9 is. You're a girl, right? Squat more.
Actually there is in the medical world. It just shouldn't be transferred over to bodybuilding in that way.
There is a definition of ectomorph that isn't related to the 1940's and failed psychology?

I'm a girl yes. And 4.9 is rather tiny. I think I'm still a bit underweight, but it's nothing major. I'm eating healthy and working out.
I just said fuck this shit.
Went to the gym, didn't care whether it was my chest day or not.
All I've ever benched is 20kg.
Bench 40kg.
Just waow.

Starting to look more like a gymnast:

I think my body will look like this in a few years or maybe next year:

I have pretty shit delts, really going to work on that part of my body now. I really want to make improvements in upper traps, delts and chest next year.
protip: go to the gym with friends. probably one of the best things you can do. the first few months i started lifting it was basically on my own with a little advice from friends here and there. i didn't really enjoy it, didn't see massive results, and didn't push myself. for the last few years though i don't think i've gone to the gym alone more than a handful of times. friends motivate you TONS, can help you improve if your form is a little fucked and it otherwise would've gone unnoticed, always provide a spot if you need one (usually won't at the beginning until you can start pushing heavier weight) etc. etc. etc. nothing but benefits. of course they have to be people who are actually interested in lifting otherwise it holds you back instead.

The wiki source talks about that exact 40's psychology thing.
The guy who owns the site also sells this e-book and claims to be some kind of fitness expert.

His youtube is full of educational videos teaching different movements.

side delts aren't really hit in in calisthenic exercises so you should hit the iron bruh
I didn't really read through my source can't be bothered, if I'm wrong then meh I'll stop arguing it anyway.
side delts aren't really hit in in calisthenic exercises so you should hit the iron bruh
I don't do gymnastics if that's what you're referring to. I had shoulders on leg day for some reason for about half the year which I've changed now so that's probably why I never hit shoulders effectively. I've gotta get more onto those side laterals, they hit all 3 parts of the delts.

POST:

Honestly his side delts aren't very good compared to his huge lats and rear delts.
looking at stats, am I doing something wrong
5'8
160 lbs
bench - 185 x 5
squat - 205 x 5
deadlift - 295 x 5
is my DL too much and my squat too little?
Not nessescarily to much but usuaully they are a little closer together but it depends on your body type and what your trying to emphasize
290 powerclean n 405 squat today feelsgood
Honestly his side delts aren't very good compared to his huge lats and rear delts.
why would you compare different bodyparts? he's not a bodybuilder. The question on hand here is whether the side delts of people who train gymnastics are big or not.

is your deadlift so drastically weaker due to a back injury from the wreck?
Yea I broke my transverse process in my lower back(connects ribs to spine) so I'm taking dl really slow.
