I'm done drinking until spring break and/or there is a really good reason to. I REALLY need to focus on athletics right now.

I have a theory that taking regular breaks from weightlifting can be beneficial. I mean the most I've ever lifted for at a stretch is 3 month. And i've still seen some pretty good gains.

Deadlift doesn't benefit/hurts me in my goals.
I do light deadlifts (405 and under) to develop my lower back. I've gotten 550 before.
