random pic I took for a friend, but I felt it looked pretty good. (Showing my body wise)
The reason my body looks blurred is because the only actual lighting is behind me, and my webcam isn't exactly the best.

Kind of satisfied with my upper-body for now, but my legs are a damn shame. I always have a strenuous leg day each week, but my calves just aren't keeping up with my quads. Before I ran into some medical leg-joint issues, I used to run a lot. On top of that, I'm still able to do weighted toe raises and such, so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong. I'm thinking genetics has something to do with it. Any tips/workout suggestions?
Take your fav bodypart, count how many sets, do the same for calves. Keep at it fora year, come back with an update.
Beyond that know that on standing calf raises, the eccentric portion of the lift will activate more of the gastro.

thick. solid. tight.
I wish my upper body grew could keep up with my legs :<
need to put more sets on upper body excersises i guess.
stfu moron, having a bigger lower body is amazing
Lower body > upper body, unless you're a douche cunt only looking for aesthetics and even then you're a huge faggot.
Lower body = Upper body
Why would you choose one part of your body over another?

I just choose lower body over upper body as a boxer because everything comes from my lower body.
I choose both because I don't want to look like a strange disproportionate cunt.

I never said to only work lower body, I just think the lower body is still one of the most important muscle group, of course aesthetics is awesome and having both a great upper and lower body is amazing but I just find lower body to be more practical. Atleast depending on what you do, lower body usually > upper body by alot.
As a boxer my punching power comes from like 75% my lower body, 25% my back.

Tru that. As a shot putter, I would say it's more like 85-15. Your upper body just needs to be strong enough to support your lower basically, and the shot itself. I throw 25 feet farther( Which in shot put is basically a metric mile) than my friend who benches 425lbs. Right now i'm benching 250. js

My comment wasn't directed towards anyone, just thought I would say that.
If you're boxing and you need to stay a weight class while maintaining a lot of muscle bulk in an area then of course there's nothing wrong with that. You do what needs to be done.
so i tried curls for the first time in a month yesterday and found out i could curl 50 lbs per arm for 10. funny thing is, i don't even work biceps isolated; all i ever do are pullups and chinups.
god i love compound exercises
Tru i love when u find out ur strong on shit u never do.
I NEVER do pull ups/chin ups, and I was at the gym yesterday for no reason and I started doing them, I did like 4 sets of 8, could probably do 10-12 fresh. Was suprised as fuck.

Got a few good lifts in the last 2 days.
My bench is getting back up, did 255x2 on bench, and 100 lb dbs for 3 sets of 6(not impressive but coming back up) yesterday. Also front squatted 315 for 3 reps for 2 or 3 sets , and 2 reps for 2 or 3 sets.
Cleaned 297 for 2 singles and did 287 for 4 singles today.

100 lb dbs is better than me, my chest is lagging behind and is so garbage it's not even funny.

Do db bench for chest mass, it's the bee's knees. Srs, I think all my chest comes from db bench. That and it doesn't rape your shoulders.
For me doe, 100 lb db's is pretty crappy, I could do more but the gym only goes up to 100 lb's. I was doing the 80's in 8th grade so idk lol. that was over 4 years ago

Yeah, I used to do incline DB bench and added flat DB bench to my workout program on your recommendation.
I also have problem with my shoulders, though it's not that they're weak as much as they can't keep up with my punching power and whenever I power punch the sandbag I fuck up my shoulders. Poor lil niggas can't keep up with my leg and punching power.
So I'm concentrating on my shoulders and shit.
Do you think dumbbell press is better than bench press for a bigger chest. I'm definitely going to be doing more flat bench pressing to add a bit more mass.
in terms of hypertrophy they are capable of producing about the same results.
Okay, I'm annoyed. This is what I look like while laying down on tha side. No matter how much weightlifting and cardio I do, I always end up looking like a concentration camp child.
What kind of excercises would help with this? I do a lot of chin ups, sit up routines etc. And loads of cardio.

powerlifting
I'm a bit confused, is that your torso? Are you saying you're too skinny?
I think you should eat more and do less cardio if you're doing loads of it. That burns calories and you lose weight.
squat bench deadlift n eat nothin but potatoes n mayo
Yes that is my torso. And yes I am to skinny. I'm eating a lot of protein and veggies and do about 20 to 30 minutes of cardio every time I'm at the gym
