Yeah, he's got that short bicep with that huge peak, and the split in the middle.. Once my bi's get bigger, the split will show more. I've got this little cut in my right bicep right at the beginning of it, looks like a dent in my arm or something, but it's the split.

idk, recomp? when you gain muscle your metabolism increases, and a good metabolism helps you slowly but surely trim fat even while you are gaining (although in small amounts)
