Eat more calories, 1200 calories is probably the maintenance for your average girl living a sedentary life, if you're actually working out and stuff, your maintenance will be much higher so you'll want to go above your maintenance to fill in some of that void.

That's a broscience myth where your body can't process more than like 30g-50g protein at once which is stupid as fuck, as long as you get all your macronutrients in a day, timing is not all that important.
