I only do shrugs (Which aren't really shoulders) and military press for my shoulders. Now that I've got a new split and my shoulders now have a dedicated day I'll add a few workouts personally, I'm probably missing a few muscles by just doing shrugs and military presses. Anyone got some soogestuns.
I just started working them, which is actually pretty visible on the picture. But I'll start isolating them more and add in some military press

18 inch calves come at me fagt. calves are actually pretty good, just a bad pic for them.
My calves are probably the most grossly biggest muscles I'm sporting right now, my mom is like 115 lbs and she has abnormally huge Calves and I guess I got that from her because I've always had abnormally huge and rock-hard Calves since god damned forever. I remember doing that calf raise machine that could go up to 300 lbs, I just put it all the way to 300 lbs and I could lift my weight + the 300 lbs without a sweat indefinitely. That was back when I was fucking 265 pounds too.
