ty
how does ur routine and diet look like?
oh my im honoured my diet isn't too serious, i could be doing better. just a lot of the basics; water, chicken breast, fish, steamed veggies, salad, eggs, nuts. i'm not too strict on not adding sauces and stuff though, or even white rice. i've only got one month of cutting left so i'd like to take this last month more seriously. routine is 6 times a week: chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs. i don't assign them to different days though i just cycle through the schedule. on my break day i'll sometimes just do abs and cardio. i usually do 6-7 exercises per muscle group (on arms day i do 4 of biceps and 4 of triceps), around 3-4 sets each, ranging from 8-10 repetitions. most of the exercises are followed by drop-sets. also around 15-20 minutes of abs or cardio after i'm done.

And i wonder if you did a bulk/cut cycle or you just cutted.
Ok.. Chest/arms = a Shoulders/back = b rest = x a x b x a x b legs were dead long ago. they are worked briefly by sprint interval training on my off dayss

you should do 531 and be done with those constant worries......
train glutes twice a week checking in gloots for the sloots
Does anyone else here seperate what days you train tris and bis on or is that just a silly thing I'm doing?
Does anyone else here seperate what days you train tris and bis on or is that just a silly thing I'm doing?
i know people do do it, i personally dont. i indirectly work them on chest and back days plus my arms day is a friday
the indirect work for the most part is insufficient to induce significant growth after some time. you want something to be big, you train it. that's it.
I normally do about 8 sets on my tris after I work my chest, and 8 sets on my bis after I work my back.
My fridays are dedicated to my arms and forearms.
tbh I squat every day and my ass is fucking glorious
Guys serious question here... which posture is.. correct? Posture 1: ------------ ------------ Posture 2: I'm heavily inclined to think its the second one... but I just hate looking so thin shirtless so I hunch over to thicken up. I'm not too skinny I weigh 80kg @ 183cm... so how do i widen my core?

I'm not too skinny I weigh 80kg @ 183cm... so how do i widen my core?
your question is completely scattered. you want to widen your core and know what posture is better? the second one, although it is also not perfect. you're overly relying on your chest to 'base' your dominance. if your thoracic is more open, your wings will pop up giving you a wider look, along with a thicker back because in order to maintain that posture you'll need to activate your back muscles more readily on a daily basis. in the long run, a better posture means far greater symmetry, power, strength and hypertrophy. your body works in symbioses. instead of huncing and further increasing your chance of injury and decreasing your overall potenial i would suggest this; work on your upper chest and delts. that's the look you're trying to achieve and is lacking with you when you hunch over.
178cm i think pretty short
contrary to popular belief 178 is pretty damn okay for a human being plus cant change your genetics so yolo lift heavy all day erryday h8ersh8in
