I don't know what a massel is so i guess I don't have any either
i have like 3 massles
Height - 6'2"
Weight - ~135 pounds
Biceps - 11.5"
Shoulders (circumference) - 43.5"
Calves - 13"
Waist - 26"
Body Fat (according to scale) - ~3%
Just starting out, already seeing pretty great improvements. Heading to the Y every day, switching between upper and lower muscle groups. Increasing food intake, about doubled. Improvements in vascularity and muscle-definition are very apparent with my low body fat. Taking advice and working out with my father (a former personal trainer), and a friend of his from work. His friend from work is a monster, currently benching 6 reps of 570 pounds. He's aiming for 600 by the end of the year.
I highly doubt your BF is 3%. Maybe 5 or 6% at your height, but not that low.

It's possible he meant 13%. Could be an extreme case of skinnyfat. On the other hand, I could be wrong and he could just look like this:

Thats pretty accurate, but more apparent ribs.
3% is probably lower than it is, but I know it's lower than it should be
Answer: eat a lot and never do any cardio.
Answer: eat a lot and never do any cardio.
huh
Answer: eat a lot and never do any cardio.
No, the answer is to workout heavy, eat a lot, and do a moderate amount of cardio. 2 miles or so isn't going to gains in muscle mass. I'm just starting out on my routine, I'll be quick to put on mass.

no, do light amounts of cardio, why in the FUCK with a low bodyfat would you do moderate cardio holy shit, you are skinny as fuck and need to try and gain weight, YES 2 miles are going to make it harder
yeah if that was 3% he'd have dat dere 8-pack but his abs are barely showing
Sorry for being off-topic, but anyone know how to upload pictures taken from skype? Would love to post my mushells.
It puts the pics in some random folder IDR. It's been forever.
Yeah, just hit the screenshot button and search skype screenshots or something like that through your computer.

regardless of what people say, you still have to have SOME amount of muscle (even on the abs) for them to show with virtually no bodyfat.

New vidya

Haven't worked out for about 2 months, need to get back in the gym.
Figured i'll post my progress so far
Height: 5.9
Weight: 143
I was very much under weight and have been my whole life. When I started going to the gym I realised how weak I was, Needless to say I was angry at myself.
The following is roughly 6 months into lifting

Slow progress but progress none the less.
I'm almost about to get out of college, and I plan on working out a fuckton over the break. Figure posting here will be a good way to gauge my progress over the summer.

I can't determine progress without seeing something that hadn't progressed. Catchin' meh drift?
Or are the two, before and after?

There's no progress yet, just posting pictures now that I can come back to a few months later.
Does anyone know if working out at a younger age will actually stunt your growth, or is that still a myth?
Exercise and body weight workouts won't stunt your growth, but focusing on weight lifting will. Your body will spend more time building muscle than building new bone. However, once you get up to around 15-16 years old, you're in the clear. It's lifting as a youngun that has effects.

thank you brofessor
Weight: ~132
Height: 5'6
My arm is only 12.0 inches even and looks a little bit bigger than that. WHY?! It might be cause I have a tiny frame. My wrist is only 6.2 inches.
Here's a pic

I would like to see the empirical studies that prove that sort of ASSUMPTION. body will be spending more time building muscle than bone? What the fuck? There was a study of that sort in 1967, that studied japanese children and came to a conclusion that they were all shorter due to heavy labor. The study also failed to include nutrition, which was in that part of the world and time very bad and the fact it was unsupervised heavy labor. Studies NOW, show the exact opposite.
Secondly, how do two entriely different process manage to collide with each other? So, let's say, if broke my leg and I keep doing benchpress. My leg won't heal? Bones are built using secretions of GH same with muscle. What you said makes no sense what so ever.
