The U.S built the U-2 10 years after the cold war. We never have seen technological advancement like that in the last 10 years
And people said I was crazy when I told them Bono was a secret military experiment!
Why would they let us know they are visiting from the future? If they are smart enough to invent and accurately use time travel, they would be smart enough to not change the past by doing some dumb shit like that and instead only observing the past.
Time doesn't get changed, it just is. You can't go back in time and change the past because it always would be that way. It would be unchangeable.

We were being theoretical, well I was.
If a time-traveler set off at the speed of light, he would arrive at his destination before having left.
Can you imagine how much that act would mess up physics, its impossible.
We still don't know shit.
I mean globally. People are like "hurf durf we have invented everything, we are awesome", but I feel that there are still major things we misunderstand.

I've already said too much. I have to disappear :ninja:

Not a secret experiment, just a prick.
They would remain incognito.
Probably try to blend in and observe instead of going "Greetings from the future!!"
It wouldn't matter because, unless we assume that time travel only exists for a very short period of time, or humanity is wiped out, we'd conceivably have TRILLIONS OF PEOPLE visiting every period of time. They wouldn't need to 'reveal' themselves, the simple fact that there was such a huge influx in people (the number of people on the planet, vs how many were actually born) would be enough proof.
This is all possible thanks to quantum mechanics is what's awesome
I love these unexplained/covered up mysteries.
It's so mysterious because it never happened
Supposedly they were developing either time travel or some form of phase out of the visible spectrum and some shit fucked up and everyone got welded to the ships hull and shit.
Really dumb ass conspiracy theories.
getting welded into a wall would suck
getting welded into a wall would suck
Somehow it reminded me of the Hulk's dad.
You know where he sticks his hand into this piece of iron and stuff.
getting welded into a wall would suck
Yeah that really would, makes me think of Venture Bros.
Hint: It never happens
Proof: We never get visitors from the future.
Jesus.
Yes, let's all theorize / seriously discuss an event that never happened.
This is a hyped-up conspiracy. Why the christ do people eat this shit like candy? It's absolutely ridiculous.

Because people see the word "Unexplained" and then ram everything they can on it.
If the US really had a fucking teleporting destroyer, do you really think they'd give it to Greece in 1951?
Oh yay another XY country had Z technology during WW2. If they actually had that technology it would have survived till today and would still be experimented on. Also this goes for the nazis and UFOs or whatever, the USA or Russia or the UK would have stolen the technology for themselves.
And don't give me that shit how the government keeps a millions time more advanced technology from us.
Well, I remember reading about this machine that cloaked a small piece of solid by using lights or something.
Chronosphere Detected
Trivia!
Video games
The Philadelphia Experiment likely inspired the Chronosphere, an Einstein-developed vehicular teleportation technology in the Command & Conquer series of real-time strategy games.
In Assassin's Creed, the Philadelphia Experiment is stated to have presumably been an experiment by the Knights Templar, and that the ship herself was supposedly in a state of invisibility and/or both teleportation and time travel.
Invisibility, teleportation AND time travel?
Invisibility, teleportation AND time travel?
All the elements of a good conspiracy theory!
Invisibility, teleportation AND time travel?
Damn that sounds bad ass.
Hint: It never happens
Proof: We never get visitors from the future.
There is a theory that might explain why we don't get visits from time travelers:
We can only get time travelers when we create a functional time machine since there has to be a time machine to function as an exit/receive port.
It's like a mobile phone, we need to know the number of the other/same time machine to make the call and instead of the call going just through space like the phone it goes through both time and space.
Again it's just a theory, that's how science works.
That's actually really disheartening that there is no time travel... ever.
Fuck there goes another part of my childhood dreams.

Anything is possible

Observing would create a paradox since the observer wasn't there at that time initially. However, we all seem to forget about timelines - you can go back and do what the fuck you want.
Anything is possible
Therefore, impossibility is a possibility.
Lemme get this straight. They were welded into the hull? What actually happened? Would the hull shape around his hand? Would it be crushed, or what?
